COMMENTS:
I believe that most of my professional behaviors are advanced,
and that I demonstrate a great amount of critical thinking and
reflective practice in my every day conduct. I am still struggling
with using more appropriate and inclusive language, such as
eliminating the word “guys” and limiting my use of “um”, but I am
actively working on developing this skill and hope to be advanced
by student teaching.

I believe that I am highly dependable, responsible, and apt to take
care of myself and others. I also demonstrate a high degree of

I improved my ability to work collaboratively in teams throughout
my extensive practice in working with my peers on partner/group
assignments in class. I developed great community-building skills
and learned how to better talk and work with my classmates. I
also improved my ability to be open to constructive criticism and
allow it to guide me in the right direction.

Comments
Before, I struggled with my professional oral expression and my
body language/eye contact due to confidence issues and social
anxiety. However, I worked hard to improve these dispositions,
and believe that I am now proficient in them. I also worked on
becoming a better active listener and believe that I am now
advanced in that disposition. By following my action plan before, I
grew a great deal in these dispositions, and I am proud of my
growth.

I always strive to improve and update my pedagogy for my
students’ sake. My biggest goal is to be the best educator that I
