GC instrument(Chromatech Crystal 9000) Requirements:

1-Columns According to The materials to be analyzed and Test method.
2-Stndards for analysis by standard calibration method which will give
us the most accurate results.
3-Methods for analysis which will determine: Gc parameters , Type of
column ,Preparation of sample and how to calculate the results.
4-Good training for persons on the GC troubleshootings.
5-Calibration of columns before acceptance.

Density instruments (Kruss ds 7800)

1-the device require maintenance and reference material of known density to calibrate the
device periodically.

Water content device (Titralab KF 1000 Series.Hach)

1- the device require maintenance and reference material of known Water content to calibrate
the device periodically

Colourmeter device (Lico 620)

1- the device require maintenance and reference material of known Colour to calibrate the
device periodically

Balance Apparatus(RAD WAG)

1- the device needs periodic Calibration with standard set weights.

General requirements For the Lab

1- The lab must be tightly closed against dust and sand which affect on analysis result and
will affect also on sensitivity of Different instruments in the lab.
2- The lab reguire good air condition for keeping the Lab temperature at (18-25 ) degree.
3- In the future , The lab will need chemical ,glasswares , solvents ,columns ,spare parts
according to the test methods of analysis.
