Time management is organising and planning how to divide
our time between specific activities. Once we master time
management we will end up working smarter not harder that
is get more work done in less time.
Time Management has many benefits. Some of them are
increased productivity, having less stress, have more of leisure
time for ourselves in which we can do things that matter the
most to us.
Using time effectively gives the person choice on spending or
managing activities at their own time and expediency.
So all in all we have learned that time management is
extremely important for everyone as it helps us save a load of
time and even allows us to get a bit of leisure time for
ourselves.

Stress Management
Stress Management includes a range of techniques which
helps us deal with stress and other such difficulties in our life.
Stress produces numerous physical as well as mental
symptoms which can vary from person to person. These can
include headaches, chest pain, sleep problems and even
depression.
There are a number of ways to manage stress. Some of them
are:
Deep breathing exercises
Get proper rest
Do not be afraid to reach out for help
To practice positive thinking

My goal is to score good marks in the upcoming exams.
Get at least 90% marks in the first
semester exams. Study hard everyday
