Subject:-Issuance of Show Cause Notices to Coal Exporters for
export of Coal in violation to the terms & conditions
of Coal India Limited-regarding
Please refer to this office letter even C. No. dated 01.08.2022 and
subsequent reminder issued under even C. No. I/796921/2022dated
12.10.2022 on the above cited subject whereby this office had requested
to provide certified copies of Bills of Export (for use as RUDs), after
making necessary corrections as mentioned in the referred letter.

2. In this regard, till date the desired copies of certified Bills of

Exporthave not been received in this office. The same may please be
expedited and submitted to this office at the earliest so that necessary
action regarding issuance of show cause notices,may be taken by this
office. Further action on this issue is held for want of data/report from
your office only.
