Motivation letter for Human Resources Manager

With this letter I hereby would like to express my motivation for job of Human Resources
Manager offered by your organization.

With major in my studies I mostly like creativity, team working, communication, analytical
thinking. I am particularly interested in Human Behavior, organizational culture, Human
Resources, leadership and supportive communication in public organaziations.My personnel
literary involved several articles and works, combinations of these subjects. More over in my
oral speeches and lessons, conferences I practiced in public. I have written several works about
Human behavior, Human needs and motivations in public organizations.

Studying Public Administration at Yerevan State University, I have learned Human Resources
Management, Organizational behavior, Sociology, Sociology of Management and other Social
sciences and other useful courses about public relations. Now I want to practice my knowledge
in this sphere and do my best in this are for my organization and country.

I have been an excellent student at University, so I can offer you my knowledge, skills and
experience in this area. I can give the organization an enthusiastic work, effectiveness in this
department. I have communicative skills, analytical, leadership, linguistic skills.

Human Recourse Management in Armenia now is accepted differently and sometimes not true.
It is difficult work but I can overcome it with my knowledge and skills.

To my knowledge, this job is very competitive, attracting highly motivated students, but I am
convinced that my good skills, knowledge and my motivation make me a strong recommendation
