Dear HR Team,

As a student, my main goal now is to gain experience and put what I have learned into practice, so I
was recently looking for a Human Resources junior specialist position that suited my interest. Having
such a position at Pasha Insurance on the LinkedIn platform during my search helped me a lot. Given
the relevant skills and knowledge with the help of the education and training program I received in
the field of Human Resources, I think that Pasha Insurance is an opportunity to further increase my
education and experience. Considering the basic knowledge that my university education gave me for
human resources, such as leadership, human resources management, organizational behavior, I
believe that by further developing it with the Pasha Insurance team, it will play a fundamental role in
my future career.

As a 3rd-year student of School and Public Relations at Ada University, my main focus is on relations
with the public and people who are members of our society. During the 3 years of my studies, I have
acquired relevant theoretical knowledge about the basic concepts of Human Resources, which is my
field of interest, as well as the labor code. In addition, teaching courses such as leadership,
organizational behavior, and human resources management at the university helped to increase my
knowledge. During the courses, I got information on topics such as human capital management, risk
and conflict management, agreement formalities, establishing proper communication with people.
After acquiring certain knowledge, the main thing for me is to consolidate the theoretical information
on the basis of experience. Furthermore, I have been searching for Pasha Holding and various
organizations under it. It will surely help me because I believe that the members working there are
competent and educated.

I have had the experience of Human resources intern and Public Relations in Public Unions "Ireli" and
"Support for Youth Education", respectively, which gave me the necessary skills to work with the best
specialists in the field of human resources. In addition, I completed a 3-month training program as a
Human Resources assistant at Flag Academy. During these times, I became interested in HR because I
saw that I would have the skills to achieve success in this field. I can say that I have interpersonal
skills because I interacted with people, various non-governmental members, and worked on certain
projects during my internship. Within the framework of the training program at the Flag Academy, I
mainly gained knowledge of the laws related to the labor code. During the experiments, when I
encountered certain risks and conflicts by working with different teams, I managed to deal with them
with proper communication and negotiations. I believe that with the help of the knowledge, skills, and
achievements I have acquired during the internship, I will contribute to the Pasha Insurance team and
acquire the necessary skills from them.

My main thought and belief are that the external success of any company or organization depends on
proper internal management. The main topic I mean by internal management is managing people, that
is, employees, considering their concerns and problems, creating a healthy environment by
communicating properly. By creating an unhealthy internal environment and leading to disgruntled
employees, the failure of the organization is inevitable. The main responsible person in this process is
the Human Resources person. I am very good at managing people, listening to their concerns, and
negotiating. I have observed this mostly in my family and relatives. I try to calm my family members
when I face problems and crisis situations internally. The main issue for them is to alleviate the
problems that are serious and seen on a large scale. On the other hand, I am very good at
communicating and socializing with people interpersonally. For example, it is very difficult for me to
remain silent in every new environment I find myself in, so I try to get to know people immediately
and start a conversation with them.

I know the history of Pasha Insurance, its activities, achievements, and long-term past. It is very clear
to me that this organization has cultivated the right human capital by imparting the most basic skills to
many students and youth. My main goal is to develop from a junior specialist position and achieve
even higher positions by demonstrating my potential. It would be very gratifying and encouraging for
me if your team helps me in my career path.
