Part I (50%)
PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners’ ability to explain the pattern of
share ownership structure in Malaysia and discuss the relationship between ownership
structure and firm performance.

REQUIREMENT
Explain the pattern of share ownership structure in Malaysia and discuss the
relationship between the ownership structure and firm’s performance. Support your
explanation and discussion with relevant literature review from academic journal
articles.

Note: The student needs to use at least 6 related journal articles and/or other
references for this assignment. Journal articles and/or other references used must be
published from the year 2015 onwards.

pola struktur pemilikan saham di Malaysia dan membincangkan hubungan antara

KEPERLUAN
Terangkan pola struktur pemilikan saham di Malaysia dan bincangkan hubungan antara
struktur pemilikan dengan prestasi sesebuah firma. Sokong penerangan dan
perbincangan anda dengan sorotan kajian yang relevan daripada jurnal-jurnal artikel
akademik.

Nota: Pelajar perlu menggunakan sekurang-kurangnya 6 artikel jurnal dan/atau rujukan

lain yang berkaitan untuk tugasan ini. Artikel jurnal dan/atau rujukan lain yang digunakan
