DIALOGUE
MATTHEW: Hello, how are you? Nice to meet you, I introduce myself,
my name is Mateo de la Barrier
GERARDO: Hello, very well. Thank you. It’s a pleasure to meet you.
My name is Gerardo García.
MATEO: a little about what the quality management process will be like
in your company’s perfumes
GERARDO: Of course, yes, at the time I have been working hard on
the implementation and improvement of quality through safety
standards in the operating areas of the perfume company, specifically
in the use of chemicals in the staff to avoid allergic reactions.
MATEO: interesting that I have been thinking about creating my own
perfume company I have been needing information on the subject
GERARDO: You have my support, keep in mind that you need to start
a management process in your company as I have been doing with the
personnel I have mentioned.
MATEO: And what is a management process? And how are you
implementing it?
GERARDO: Process management can be defined as a way of
approaching work, where the continuous improvement of an
organization’s activities is pursued through the identification, selection,
description, documentation and continuous improvement of processes.
MATEO: And why are you implementing it in the area of chemical use?
GERARDO: Since the good quality of the product, in this case the
perfume to be exported abroad, is part of the area, it is the
fundamental base to get out of the company with all the maximum
quality.
MATEO: I like the sujeto, I have also read magazines on the subject of
perfumes, the varieties that exist are impressive
GERARDO: Well, one of the main rules regarding the safety of the
operator is to wear his uniform very well with his waterproof vest and
pants, and his gloves so as not to receive any chemical reaction when
making the perfumes.
