Read the LDM Course Overview. Reflect on the overview by answering the following questions. Write down your

1. What is the main delivery of this course?


This course main goal is to let teachers know the different Learning Delivery Modalities that can
help in our teaching-learning process for the opening of the school year. The delivery of this course
is through collaboration in the Learning Action Cell (LAC).

2. How can this course help ensure that you will be able to deliver quality instruction in the “new normal”?
This course can be a great help to understand deeply what needs to be done and what need to be
prepared to deliver quality instruction in the “new normal”. Also by upholding the objectives formulated by
the Department of Education, the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (LCP) that was put into motion
by the Secretary of Education. This ensures that learning must continue while guaranteeing the health,
safety and wellbeing of all learners and teachers.

3. What are the two support mechanisms that will help you with your learning in this course?
First, is to attend Virtual LAC sessions with co-grades and with the presence of the facilitators and
second constant communication and sharing within the group.

1. How will my personal characteristics and circumstances affect (positively or negatively) my participation in
this course?

There are things that needs to be done in preparation for the opening of classes and that’s one of
those circumstances that affects my participation in this course. But through mentoring from the
facilitator and sharing from my colleagues I can cope up with the discussion.

2. How can I ensure that I am able to sustain my strengths and address the obstacles that will hinder me
from completing this course?
PARA SA BATA, I always keep in mind that everything that we do as teachers are in line with the
Division Slogan Para sa BATA. I slowly learning to accept the situation in this time of Pandemic and
accepted the challenges it brought and I am willing to learn from my colleagues and superiors.
