Purok 5 Antipolo is one of the Purok in Barangay Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro that
needs rehabilitation and improvement of their multi-purpose building. In 2019, Purok
Antipolo rank 3 of Barangay’s distinction in Seal of Goof Local Governance in Purok on
their implementation of various services such as peace and order, anti-drugs campaign,
nutrition and health programs, sanitation and environmental programs and other
matters.

In view of this matter, we would like to request your office TO SUPPORT US

FINANCIALLY in order to purchase materials especially TILES for Purok multi-purpose
building.
