her learning target at the beginning of her lesson, ensuring
understanding by having students repeat the learning target. 

Kelsey's lesson plan includes opportunities for students at all skill


level, incorporating activities into her independent practice time.
While I did not observe a formative or summative assessment, I did
observe Kelsey walking around the room, checking on student
progress, providing guidance as needed.

students even when redirecting them. Kelsey has created strong
relationships with her students and encourages them to support

Provide Examples/Evidence of Above Kelsey began her lesson by reviewing the daily agenda and telling
(Domain 3):  students to get into their "math mode". Throughout her lesson,
Kelsey incorporated a variety of instructional strategies including
visual and physical prompts, challenging students in a game,
clarifying misconceptions and asking questions. Kelsey also used
student volunteers to play the game she was demonstrating for a
work center.

Additional Comments:  Kelsey has shown so much growth this semester in terms of
confidence, pedagogy and knowledge of content. She is very
reflective and welcomes feedback always striving to improve her
craft. It has been a pleasure working with Kelsey this semester and
I wish her all the best in her next endeavor.
