Disclaimer
1. All clients receive a unique proposal and contract either verbal or written based upon the specific needs they have for
their project. Each project has a detailed service agreement that must be agreed by the client before work starts, which
specifies details regarding refunds, cancellations and project pricing.
2. e provide all prospective clients with access to an extensive portfolio to review prior to hiring us for project work to
ensure comfortability with the quality of our work and to assess fit between our team and needed skill to execute any
design requests. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services.
3. Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Payment terms require
60% of total project costs to be paid upfront for commencement of any work. The remaining 40% of payment is due
upon completion of work. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or
postponed, all monies paid are retained by Altacus Business GroupTM and if applicable, a fee for all work completed
beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
4. Graphic design documents are downloadable files and no actual items will be shipped to you. Downloads are delivered
upon confirmation of payment and due to the nature of the product and its delivery, no refunds are offered.
5. Client has 2 days to make their final payment or a P100 late fee will be applied for every week that the client is late after
that time

Project Time Scope

1. We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. Most design projects can be completed in 3-5 days. This usually
depends on the speed of the client’s feedback and the number of revisions required. If you have a project deadline,
please let us know.
2. We work with an average of 15 clients at a time and though we are able to work on several client projects at once – we
do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something done within a 24 - 48 hours,
we offer a special “Rush” pricing.

Communication
1. Regular communication is critical to the design of your project and those in line behind you. Failure to communicate
with us about the design process for a period of 72 hours (whether expectedly or unexpectedly), will result in your
project being placed on hold and moved to the end of our current queue. If the design schedule allows, you may pay an
additional 25% of the current cost of the project to reschedule at the top of the waiting list.
2. Should you fail to provide necessary files or pieces of information within 10 days of the date requested, all payments will
be forfeited to Altacus Business Group and the project will be cancelled without notice.
