REMOVAL

CAUTION:

The suspension arm nuts and bolts must be tightened with the suspension arms in the normal ride
position. Failure to follow this instruction may result in premature failure of the bushing.

NOTES:

Only use clean water as a lubricant for the bushing, if required

This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.

1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

2. Remove the front subframe.

Refer to:
Front Subframe
(502-00 Uni-Body, Subframe and Mounting System, Removal and
Installation).

3.

Remove the front stabilizer bar. Discard the nuts and bolts.

4.

Inspect the components and install new if damaged or worn.

1. Install the front stabilizer bar. Renew the nuts and bolts.

2. Install the front subframe.
