REMOVAL

NOTES:

Only use clean water as a lubricant for the bushing, if required.

Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

2. Remove the front wheels and tires.

Refer to:
Wheel and Tire
(204-04 Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

Remove and discard the 4 nuts and bolts.

Remove the 2 brackets.

Remove the 2 front stabilizer bar bushes.

INSTALL ATION

1.

CAUTION:

Do not apply any fluids onto the bushes.

Install the 2 front stabilizer bar bushes.

Install the 2 brackets.

Install and tighten the 4 new nuts and bolts.

Renew Part:
Front stabilizer bar to subframe bolts
Quantity:
4.
Renew Part:
Front stabilizer bar to subframe nuts
Quantity:
4.
Torque
Stage 1:
140Nm
Stage 2:
240°

2. Install the front wheels and tires.
