Dear Terrapin Insurance Corp. Staff,

The tradition of casual dress Friday has become a staple within the community of Terrapin
Insurance Corp. After careful consideration and with a deep heart, we officially announce the
cancelation of the standing events that occur on Friday workdays. Due to the recent increase in
clients, our aim is to create a positive and professional view of the workplace, which cannot be
done when casual Fridays are an aspect.

After a recent convention that occurred over the weekend, the company's owners concluded that
this decision would be best for all branches, including the Cosmos Street Branch. We now
request that you wear business attire such as slacks and button-downs and or dresses.

In order to compensate for the change, we would like to offer casual dress says once a month
instead. This opportunity still allows for casual dress and calmer feels, while still allowing a
professional image to be shown onto the company as a whole, not just this branch.
