Dear Dr. Allison King

After being in the Undergraduate program at Longwood University for the past several years, I am
seeking a spot in your graduate program for the 2023-2024 school year. I believe my skills and
experience with the Professors and my communication skills would make me a great candidate for the
program as a whole. I also believe my history with the program and its professionals contribute to my
abilities that can be shown through the Longwood University Speech Language Pathology Graduate or
master’s Program.

Having been a student with the faculty for numerous years, my experience with how the Professors
work and construct their class will give me an advantage in the program. I have contributed to the
profession and the program through my involvement in various organizations that connect to the program.
I would love to bring my determination and positive personality into the Graduate program if possible.

I personally believe I could excel in this environment due to many factors. One factor is my
experience at the University. I could also excel in the program due to my ability to work with others very
well, which is very important in this field of study. Finally, I could benefit this program by showing my
love for the University and the field as a whole.

I am confident that my background and experience with the peers and the faculty would benefit the
program very much and could bring more positivity into the program. If you have any questions, please
feel free to reach out via email at anna.hall@live.longwood.edu or call me at (804)239-3637.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Anna Hall
