1. DEFINE TQM?

  
o Level management will be summarized as the governance method for the customer-
focused structure that affects all employees at continuous transformation. It utilizes
scheme, information, and efficient connections to integrate the quality discipline into
the culture and activities of the organization. Many of these concepts are present in
modern quality management Systems, the successor to Total Quality Management.

2. IDENTIFY THE EIGHT KEY ELEMENTS OF TQM? EXPLAIN HOW THESE


ELEMENTS CAN BE DIVIDED INTO FOUR GROUPS? 

o The Eight keys of elements are; first is Ethics, followed by Integrity, Trust, Training,
Teamwork, Leadership, and Recognition and lastly is Communication these eight keys of
elements are divided into four groups according to its purpose. The first group is
Foundation where includes the Ethics, Integrity and Trust .The entire process of Total
Quality Management is built on a strong foundation of Ethics, Integrity and Trust. The
second group is Bricks it is further includes the Training, Teamwork and Leadership.
Bricks are placed on a strong foundation to reach the roof of recognition. The
foundation needs to be strong enough to hold the bricks and support the roof. The third
group is Binding Mortal it is an element which binds all the other elements together.
The key element of this category is Communication. And lastly is the Roof, it is covered
by the Recognition. It is Consists of a final element which tops off all the other elements
of Total Quality Management.

OBJECTIVES, AND (2) ACTION PLANS FOR A TOURISM OR HOSPITALITY
