What is a URL?

A URL incorporates the domain name, along


with other detailed information, to create a
complete address (or “web address”) to direct a
browser to a specific page online called a web
page. It is a set of directions and every web page
has a unique one.
WWW
•The World Wide Web (WWW) is a network of
online content that is formatted in HTML and
accessed via HTTP.
•WWW refers to all the interlinked HTML
pages that can be accessed over the Internet.
•WWW was originally designed in 1991 by
Tim Berners-Lee while he was a contractor at
CERN.
•It is often referred to simply as "the Web."
VoIP
Voice over Internet Protocol, is a technology
that allows you to make voice calls using a
broadband Internet connection instead of a
regular (or analog) phone line.
Some VoIP services may only allow you to call
other people using the same service, but others
may allow you to call anyone- including local,
long distance, mobile, and international
numbers.

world.
