In this project, we are going to make An online streaming and entertainment platform
where users will be able to watch and stream shows and movies online.
After analyzing the objectives, the plan for this project is as follows.

Scope Planning:
After thorough thinking and planning our team has clearly listed the features and modules
that we will be including in our project.
 Our main goal with this streaming platform will be to provide the users a fast and
secure streaming platform where they can watch and stream their favorite shows
online anywhere and anytime
 The users will control what they watch and when they watch
 Our streaming service will allow users to explore new and old shows without and
hassle or trouble
 Our streaming service will offer 24/7 customer support.
 There will be high focus on privacy and security of the user’s personal data by
means of password, Tokenized security, IP/Geographic restrictions,
Domain/Referrer restrictions.
 Users will have to signup for viewership of the content.

Resources Allocation:
We have planned about resources allocation that we will use our human resources and
material resources in this way. We are the team of 4 members. Each of us is skilled in the
resources that will be used. The resources that will be used are as follows
 Development tool and a skilled back-end developer
 Web designing tool and a front-end developer
 Marketing manager
 Risk assessment expert

Teams and lead:

We have planned according to available team resources. The project is divided into small
phases and module. Everyone will perform his part of work. Mr. Usman has been
appointed as team leader for this projectTasks Assigning:
Each team member has expertise in his own field. Mr. Bilal will work for the
requirement engineering. Mr. Dildar will work for the Designing of project. Mr. Asad will
for the Coding phase. Mr. Tabish will for Traceability. Mr. Junaid will work risk
management. Every member will assist each other in each phase.
1.1 Cost Estimating:
The team has planned that how much we are going to spent on this whole project. Each
cost has been estimated according to market rates. All available resources and new
required resources’ cost have been estimated. We have planned the budget of project
according to user’s given cost and our expenditures and then the final cost has been
decided.

1.2 Timetable and schedules:

The timetable has been planned too. The team has started the work for planning
in the end of November. The planning completed in same month. We have planned that
we will start working for the Requirement Engineering in start of December. The work on
Requirement Engineering will complete in the mid of December. We have also planned
that we will start working for designing instantly and it will be completed in the end of
December. The work schedule for testing, traceability and risk management has been
planned as well and it will complete in January and the project will be delivered to
customer. This is also explained through the following Gantt chart.
