predisposition are factors that trigger them, but diet and daily habits should not be neglected,

condition or trigger it.

Irregular heartbeat while resting.

7 Arrhythmias
It is the disorder in the cardiac rhythm. In certain cases they are benign, but in others it is essential
to treat them.
Symptoms:
Palpitations.
Syncope.

8 Aneurysm
These are dilatations in the vessels of the arteries. They can arise anywhere, but most commonly
occur in the abdominal aorta.
Symptoms:
Seventy-five percent of those with this disorder have no pain.
There may be nonspecific abdominal or lower back pain.

Tips for staying healthy


Physical activity is important not only to maintain a healthy heart and organs, but also to keep any
type of disease under control.
Absolutely eliminate smoking.
A balanced diet based on vegetables and fruits, helps to maintain adequate cholesterol, which
benefits to not wake up unnecessary disorders.
Avoid salt in meals. Replace it with other seasonings that do not harm.
