Additional ◮ Recommendations
❖ A new phylogenetic comparison of these species is produced in contrast to Psilocybe
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Psilocybe) and Panaeolus
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Panaeolus). Rather than using only the universal DNA barcode
region (ITS), a complete genome comparison is made between each collection. Sequences are added to Genbank.

❖ DNA is analyzed for a positive or negative presence of the known Psilocybin genes found in Psilocybe
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Psilocybe) species.

❖ The dominant, bioactive and unique chemical emanating from one species is published and considered for the
benefit of humanity. In addition, a major and a minor chemical from that species are selected for study for the benefit
of humans. Intuitive synthesis methods are published for each chemical. Note: Not only the first and second flushes of
a fruiting species are tested, but importantly, the third and fourth flushes are analyzed and compared.

❖ Complete English descriptions of each taxon are provided.

❖ Names are updated on Mycobank, Index Fungorum, Species Fungorum, and on Mushroom Observer.

❖ All chemicals are analyzed to determine chirality with the inclusion of Atomic Force Microscopy. Images are
captured for release. Explain the differences in properties – in terms of chirality – that the following chemicals have:
Psilocybin, Aeruginascin, Psilocine, Nor-Psilocin, Cyanescin, and Nor-Cyanescin.

❖ Chemical transcience and lifespan are discussed and observed in lab myceliums, freshly harvested wild collections,
and herbarium collections. Note: Not only the first and second flushes of a fruiting species are tested, but importantly,
the third and fourth flushes are compared. Analysis of the following color change is also provided: Bruising pink-red
then deep blue then brown.

See: Reid, D.A., 1990. The Leucocoprinus badhamii

(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Leucocoprinus+badhamii) complex in Europe: species which
redden on bruising or become green in ammonia fumes. Mycological Research 94: 641-670.

❖ 99.9% pure Psilocybin dosage is contrasted in mice with 70% pure Psilocybin (using typical/anticipated impurities).
The same is done to prove significant experiental impacts using Psilocin, Cyanescin, Nor-Cyanescin, and
Aeruginascin. Anthropic reports are discussed.

❖ Cystidia cells – in all their forms from these species – are studied for the apical production of crystalline, transparent
pre-cursors to Psilocin.

❖ Cheilocystdia cells are studied for the presence or absence of duplicating/mimicking cells.

❖ Oral Psilocybin or a similar structure is contrasted with oral Atropine, oral Loperamide, oral 10mg Morphine,
Sustanon, and subcutaneous or oral Ketorolaco for use in “resetting” the human central nervous system and the
parasympatheic nervous system. The CNS and its divisions are no longer difficultly comprehended. Now they are pro-
intuitively articulated. They are researched for being low-charged in certain micro-regions of the body/brain, and too
highly charged in micro-regions of the body, including the brain. Beforehand, study in-person the power of Deep
Tissue Electro-Acupuncture not only at safe levels, but very briefly at high voltage. It may strongly benefit your study
to consider the CNS a living, speed-oriented system – that can be “sped up” or “slowed.” You may wish to think,
instead, of these systems as being frequently under-stimulated or frequently over-stimulated – or altogether with
improper stimuli. I strongly cast doubt that “resetting” the CNS can be accomplished without using both subcutaneous
Sustanon and oral Morphine. Cannabis and/or CBD may also be required in some individuals. If some individuals are
not sleeping perfectly – and they are un-willing to admit it – all of the drugs in the world won’t save them. You have to
become skilled in using words to get them to admit atleast part of their sleep issue(s). Every single person in this
grouping also needs weekly Advanced, Full-Body Chiropractic Care. Find the best chiropractors in the world and study
the differences between partial chiropractic care and above average care. You are not going to reset anyone’s CNS if
their bones, joints, muscles, tendons, etc. are out of place. We also need to implement two drastic forms of yoga – Hot
Yoga and a strict variety of Antar Mouna Yoga (silence from talking, writing, reading, hearing people, hearing vehicles,
hearing music, hearing movies, etc.). This generation uses several dozen to several thousand words for every
important word that needs to be produced. If you think that this isn’t impacting the CNS, you might be in great error.

❖ For collections that are difficult to identify coloration preceding chemical tests (due to faint bluing or color
identification challenges), the following software and color checker are applied:

https://munsell.com/... (https://munsell.com/about-munsell-color/how-color-notation-works/how-to-read-color-chart/)

https://munsell.com/... (https://munsell.com/color-products/other-products/x-rite-colorchecker-targets/)
❖ A worldwide themed distribution map is shown (and intregated into) a month-to-month cycle showing the
electromagnetic light spectrum changing throughout the year. This is important. If available through NOAA (National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), daily alterations of this spectrum are shown in a way similar to features on
www.windy.com. Equally important, the possibility of rare solar fluxuation impacting fungi is considered (ie solar flares,
solar fluxes, coronal mass ejections, sun spots, etc.) See https://www.sciencedirect.com/...
❖ A complimentary, contemporary, and aesthetic terrarium design is proposed to affordably study mushroom genera
that require new technologies. It will have at a minimum the following powers:

△ Provide a sterile-enough environment to typically counter all contaminants

△ Have accurate controls to set temperatures ranging from 3.333 to 29.444 degrees celsius. A 48 hour cold shock
button and a warm shock button are included.

△ Have accurate controls to set relative humidity from 0 to 98%. An additional control is added to enable rain drop
mode to replace manual misting.

△ Timed lighting and timed darkness to include the full electromagnetic light spectrum and lux using controls.

△ Gas cartridge area for sporadic and consistent Oxygen boosts. This includes the ability of several “fresh air
exchanges” daily. Also, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, and Oxygen levels are accurately displayed. If this is not practical,
consider teaming up with someone to create a gas conversion system that takes available Carbon and Nitrogen and
converts it into Oxygen.

△ At least three magnification “windows” (top and sides) to view carpophores for macroscopic features that stand out
at 10x or 20×. They will need anti-fog technology and have a tendency to roll off excess water drops.

△ Fast, intuitive disassembly for easy cleaning using either sterilization or hot soap water. A kit case is provided to
aesthetically hold each component when disassembled.

△ Safe, wireless technology is used throughout the terrarium if possible and whenever possible.

△ True volume attenuation is achieved (for sound coming from the terrarium). It is nearly or completely silent.

△ Terrariums are lightweight, tough, and stackable. They are also strongly scratch-, crack-, and dent-resistant while
providing the most transparent accurate view humanly possible.

△ Please see the following URL discussing “Food Computers” as well: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=of-fBY2Zj3Y
(https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=of-fBY2Zj3Y)

△ It is recommended, strongly, that mycology stores sell students affordable, intuitive GI Bioreactors that are available
as an add-on environment with the most advanced terrarium model.
❖ Myceliums are observed in an experiment in which electromagnetic light (320-400 nanometers) is aimed using
slightly nuanced distances and time durations. In contrast, (blue light 440 – 490 nm) and green light (490 – 570 nm)
(see nanometer graph elsewhere) tests should be conducted with great patience in separate groups. Dextrose is
added to antibiotic agar petri dishes in a separate test group (Test Group 4) in which the myceliums fully colonize,
followed by repetitive exposures to light in the 320-400 nm wavelength in Test Group 1, blue light in Test Group 2,
then green light in Test Group 3. Additionally, some colonized dishes are selected for cold-shocking to assist in
primordia formation (Test Group 5). Another group (Test Group 6) is provided additionally with a substrate rich in
soluble Nitrogen, soluble Phosphorous, and soluble Dextrose. 10 grams of tryptamine is added to the substrate for
colonization/fructification in an additional Test Group 7. Also, see the following presentation and skip to 7 minutes in:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=M9joL8spvS8#fauxfullscreen (https://m.youtube.com/watch?
v=M9joL8spvS8#fauxfullscreen)

Note: Not only the first and second flushes of a fruiting species are tested, but importantly, the third and fourth
flushes are compared.

❖ Taxonomically useful color photos are aesthetically published for each species.

❖ Atleast three (3) distinguishing features are provided to assist in future identification of each listed species.
Emphasis is placed not on microscopic characters, but on macroscopic characters – for in situ and photo-based
identifications. If necessary, additional taxonomic characters may be expandable (s.l.) by including observations made
using a hand lens or loupe (10x, 20x). When providing at least three (3) macroscopic differences, it is recommended
that they be listed strategically as follows: Primary, Secondary, Tertiary. If 100 percent confidence is achieved in
knowing that there are no macroscopic taxonomic characters to distinguish two or more species, it is recommended to
add in bold text within the description the following: Verified Macroscopically Indistinguishable followed by the
relevant species names.

❖ Mating studies are performed. Compatability or non-comptability is determined when synonyms require additional
evidence.

❖ All growth stages are photographed, including primordia and well-aged fruit bodies, to further understand the
appearances of these species. The goal here is to assist people in macroscopic identification primarily, but also to
address synonymous names.

❖ A mycelium culture library is established using these species. It is maintained and developed in conjuction with
either a university herbarium or fungarium. This requires constant employment by a well-trained student, and that
student will need gear, capabilties for sterile technique, and a semester-by-semester budget. The student will also
need to train a back-up student with long-term employment intentions, and for substitutions.

❖ Paper is provided in 5-7 languages as a courtesy to the public (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese,
Russian).

❖ For as many species as humanly possible, the worldwide community is asked to participate by providing time lapse
film for help in identification. See this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=b-nJ0ROGD14 (https://m.youtube.com/watch?
v=b-nJ0ROGD14)

❖ 3-dimensional, digital photogrammetry is designed for each species as seen here: https://sketchfab.com/...

❖ Psilocybin-producing mushrooms are studied in the field for insects making chemical injections into them. 💉 Start
with the purple Gymnopilus species.

❖ A formal proposal is made after properly isolating, analyzing, synthesizing, and conducting clinical trials using the
chemicals listed above. Different combinations are proposed as an anti-depressant dosage once every six months
over the course of four years and eight years. Dosage is kept to near-threshold effects, rather than inspiring a
powerful hallucinogenic encounter or a difficult experience. A separate test group is conducted on volunteers between
40 and 50 years of age who have invented one significant invention in any field of study, and are still active in the art
of inventing.

❖ A team composed of both highly trained mycologists and not-so-highly-trained pupils are assembled for this study.
At least one substantial community member from Mushroom Observer participates as a contributing member (not me).
❖ Wood Lover Paralysis is chemically explained. Investigation into Aeruginascin as the culprit.

❖ Species names are proposed for all unidentified, related observations on www.mushroomobserver.org

❖ Mushroom Observer contributors are invited to participate – where possible – to collect, save, and accession their
collections. MO contributors can also be contacted directly by clicking on the name page of any species, and then
selecting Email Tracking. Registration is required first.

❖ Also, note Peele’s Lepiota: Chlorophyllum humei (Murrill) Vellinga, Mycotaxon 83: 416 (2002), (= Lepiota humei
Murrill).

❖ Also note the species considered in this paragragh: “Because of its blue color some have suspected psychoactive
alkaloids might occur in Stropharia caerulea
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Stropharia+caerulea) and its relatives. In the latest Collins
Fungi Guide, the authors mention it has both psilocin and psilocybin. Stamets, in discussing it as Psilocybe caerulea
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Psilocybe+caerulea), noted it might be mildly psychoactive.
Watling & Gregory comment that traces of psilocybin have been found in collections from Scotland. However, the
magic mushroom website www.shroomery.org informs us that ‘there are no psychoactive Stropharia
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Stropharia), blue or otherwise’. Furthermore, some researchers
on psychoactive indoles in mushrooms have used Stropharia caerulea
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Stropharia+caerulea) as a non-active control. With the choices
of known magic mushrooms available, attempting to take a trip with Stropharia caerulea
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Stropharia+caerulea), Stropharia pseudocyanea
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Stropharia+pseudocyanea), or Stropharia aeruginosa
(https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Stropharia+aeruginosa) seems unwise at best.” –
MushRumors, The Newsletter of the Northwest Mushroomers Association, Volume 26, Issue 6 December 2015 –
January 2016.

❖ Include etymology and scientific name pronunciation so that these names cannot be mistaken.

❖ All species collected for chemosystematics will be examined for a Copper reagent capable of affecting fruit body
coloration and neuro-active chemical production. See this: https://psychedelicreview.com/...

❖ All collections are tested for basidiocarp accumulation of fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides – especially the
chemicals in the product Roundup (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roundup_(herbicide
(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roundup_(herbicide))).

❖ Create a complete list of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates generated by all fungi (especially these species) and
compare these to a complete list of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates* generated by all octopuses. Yes, octopuses!
See what you can come up with to propel humans to a higher level of health. Think of this quest as someone hunting
for Ayahuasca-like ingredients that interact with one another.

❖ Establish the effects of whole neurotropic fungi fruitbodies on the human hormone system with strategic focus on
Testosterone and Estrogen. Also focus on adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), Aromatase, Bioavailable
Testosterone, Free Testosterone, Oxytocin (including pre- and post-cursors), Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG),
Seratonin, Thyroxine (T4), Triiodothyronine (T3), Ghrelin, Progesterone, Estradiol, Prolactin, Protein Albumin,
Corticotropin, Cortisol, Thyreotropin, Oestradiol, Enkephalin, Alpha-Endorphin, Beta-Endorphin, Gamma-Endorphin,
Anti-Müllerian Hormone, Adrenaline, Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), Vasopressin, Inhibin B, Myostatin,
Norepinephrine, Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone, Insulin-Like Factor 3, Serum, Oestrogen, Luteinizing Hormone (LH),
Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone, Cytomel, Insulin, Glucose, Glucagon, and
Dopamine. Publish the effects of Testosterone Replacement Therapy when combined with Psilocybin Therapy.
This includes the impacts (short-term and long-term) on the human endocrine system, the neck glands, mood,
strength, and sexuality. This also includes the variability in length, width, and height of the Bulbospongiosus Muscle
between the testicles and anal opening. This also includes the length and pattern of the Perineal Raphe, Scrotal
Raphe, and the Penile Raphe. Mixed martial artists, bodybuilders, and those with hormonal medical issues are all
included in the study. Add another test group with those undergoing HGH Therapy (Human Growth Hormone). Add
yet one more test group that does all of the above, plus HCG Therapy (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin). Add one
more group of non-diabetic individuals doing all of the above plus Insulin Therapy. Add one more group performing
all of the above plus SARMs Therapy (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators).

❖ Publish a list of all pigments exhibited by these species and discuss their relationships and impacts.

❖ In any species listed which produce spore guttules, identify the function(s) and atomic components of these
guttules.

❖ Publish any instances of albino collections in any of the species listed herein. Redefine the term “albino” while
leaving out all aspects of biological prejudice as well as ambiguity. See also the keywords albinism and albinistic, as
well as leucism and leucistic. These words need to be re-visited with certainty.

❖ Create and develop a list of known chemicals in fungi that impact the heart or bloodstream in any way. See if there
is potential to advance heart health before you have to troubleshoot a real-life heart health issue.

❖ Create (and publish) a list of all known chemicals found in fungi that impact one or more forms of human cancer.
Review the protocol that was used to heal cancers by Mycology Research Laboratories Ltd (Note: Their website and
PDFs are no longer available).

❖ GUZMÀN: “Russula nondorbingi (https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Russula+nondorbingi)

Sing. and Russula wahgiensis (https://mushroomobserver.org/observer/lookup_name/Russula+wahgiensis) Sing.
have been reported by Singer (1958d, 1960b) as psychotropic fungi used by primitive people in New Guinea, but no
other reports are found in the bibliography to confirm this interesting case.” Investigate these species and any others
you believe are appropriate for study.

❖ Funding is raised thru normal means and thru new means. The following are considered for inquiry/advice: Willie
Nelson (Willie’s Reserve), Mike Tyson (Tyson Ranch), Joe Rogan (Joe Rogan Experience / Onnit), Snoop Dogg
(Leafs by Snoop / Canopy Growth Corporation), B-Real (Dr. Greenthumb Farms / The Smokebox), and Tommy Chong
(Chong’s Choice). Alternative funding may be obtainable by putting your very best foot forward on Patreon and
Kickstarter. There are plenty of other potential investors/advisors out there.

❖ Publish a more accurate definition for the term Olivaceous (Olive, Olivascent, Olive Color):

This term has been used differently depending on the author and requires elaboration. The majority of fungal
descriptions using this term imply a green color is being exhibited resembling the color of green olives. Some have
used the term to mean olive-grey color, and still others used the term to mean olive-black or olive-brown color. Natural
olives can appear in a variety of colors, and the term “olivaceous” has to be specified with additional adjectives to
accurately relay the color to readers. Some authors have ambiguously left us with guess-work and we do not know
what color(s) they intended to articulate. In some instances, authors did intend to combine two colors by adding the
word olive (while intending to mean green) or olivaceous to another color such as gray, black, brown, etc. In those
instances, there would be a combination of at least two colors with green being one of them.

The color of an actual olive is indicative of its ripeness and may also be a result of selection as a cultivar variety.
Green olives ripen and become black olives, transforming from green to light brown, then to a vibrant red and purple,
then to the deepest, darkest black. Typically, the darker the olive, the riper it was when harvested from the tree.

❖ You might not like this paragragh, but it needs to be written and comprehended by you. You may take careful notice
to the fact that I and others have made significant efforts to give you ideas and knowledge to the best of our abilities
thru an open, not-for-profit website. Some, on the other hand, have chosen to hide data, hoard data, and compete
with us. Those of you who are choosing this latter path will not reap the benefits available otherwise. Stop hoarding
knowledge. Stop hiding knowledge. Stop competing with your natural allies and know the Earth’s tribe(s).

❖ A detailed glossary with definitions and images is included.

❖ In situ chemical tests are performed with photography (KOH, Schaeffer reaction, etc.)

❖ If your work is provided initially as a dissertation or as a thesis, please re-format and republish your work in a formal
mycology journal or via a scientific paper publisher known for freely educating the public worldwide.

❖ Write a bold assessment discussing the use of psychoactive fungal chemicals in conjunction with anti-anxiety
