The Package-I was comprised of Civil Works of Water Conveyance Structure (Weir, Diversion Structure, Tunnel ete.) Access Roads and Bridges. Accordingly, Pre-qualification documents were prepared in accordance with the Pre-qualification criteria for Joint Venture companies on May 5, 2021 i.e. on the last date of Submission of Application, EVENT WISE CHRONOLOGICAL DEMONSTRATION 1- After submission of Application on May 5, 2021 referred at No. 8, the clarification was sought by PEDO on December 27, 2021 pursuant to Sub-Clause 21.1 vide letter No. 7 referred above regarding General Construction Experience from 2009 until 2022 only 2- The requisite information with evidences was submitted through above referred letter No. 6. In accordance with the quarry / clarification by PEDO the ‘ing documents for the year 2009 to 2012 were provided. It is not out of place to mention that Criteria set in the PQ Documents was very hard especially specific construction and Contract Management Experience including also Financial Criteria on which no quarry was raised by PEDO. We also like to bring in your notice that no evaluation report with complete reasons has been provided to the JV. We therefore, consider it appropriate for more reasonable competitive bidding that our JV should be included in the process of Bidding by resolving the minor issues and till that time the Bid process should be postponed.
