Dear Sir,
We have received the above referred letter by which it has been informed that our Joint
Venture have not been qualified on evaluation of our application pursuant to Clause 25 of
ITA of PQD.

By using our right in accordance with the Clause 28.2 of ITA, it is requested to kindly
provide us the grounds in writing on which the JV of AGE-SARWAR-HASAS has been
disqualified.
