Dear Sir,

Please be informed that in accordance with Addendum No. 6 to the subject Contract, (Ref-1) our Contract has
expired with effect from on 30 June 2021. All our personnel have demobilized with effect from the said date
whereas, other pre-requisites including taking handing over of Client'sthe project office equipment, & vehicles
etc to the Client. had already been done made in the past (Ref-3). Furthermore, we have delivered all the
documents specified in Appendix-B [Reporting Requirements] of the Consultancy Contract and completed have
performed all our obligations under the Contract.

Thus, the subject Contract stands will be considered as closed with effect from June 30, 2021, except the
Consultant’s obligation under Sub-Clause 3.10[Accounting, Inspection and Auditing] of COC. It will be
appreciated if you may kindly arrange to release all due payments of the Consultants at the earliest. For any
further assistance under the Contract, you may contact our General Manager (Water & Coordination) Mr. Khalid
Bashir.

We are grateful to you and all PMO officials for providing thevalued support from yourself and all PMO personnel
throughout the Contract, towards successful completion of this important project. ng of our Consultancy Services.
