3. To abide by the result of the required Placement/Entrance Test and ensuing classification, deemed applicable
to my/our child by the school.
4. To pay for the school charges as required in PSD Brochure, in case of my/our child's transfer of withdrawal
from any educational program of which he/she is enrolled in.
A. * 10% of the total fees for (school year) if he/she withdraws within the first week of classes.

Philippine School Doha recognizes that educating children is a process that involves partnership between parents
and the school community. As a partnership, we understand the importance of good working relationship to
equip children with the necessary skills for their success.
The purpose of this agreement is to provide a reminder to all parents about the expected conduct policies. This is
so we can continue to flourish, progress, and achieve in an atmosphere of mutual understanding.
We expect parents & guardians to:
Respect the school
Understand that both teachers & parents need to work together for the benefit of their children
Demonstrate that all members of the school community should be treated with respect and therefore set a good
example in their own speech & behavior.
Seek to clarify a child’s version of events with the school’s view in order to bring about a peaceful solution to
any issue.
Approach the school, not other parents, to help resolve any issues of concern.
Refrain from using defamatory, offensive or derogatory comments regarding the school, students, teachers, and
staff at school on Facebook or other social media sites.
Avoid abusive or threatening e-mails, text/voicemail/phone messages or other written communication to any
PSD employees.
Address any issues or concerns regarding the school directly to the Principal, Vice Principals, or to any
member of the school administration rather than posting them on social media.
I believe that Philippine School Doha is an extension of me, the parent, and I pledge my full support to the school
administration and faculty. I will make every effort to work with the school personnel to ensure the best possible
learning experience for my children.
