ACL :
Anterior cruciate
ligament

PCL :
posterior cruciate

the back of your knee
and connects your
thighbone to the top of
your lower leg bone
Meniscus:
a C-shaped piece of
tough, rubbery cartilage
that acts as a shock
absorber between the
shinbone and the
thighbone.
2 different parts:
Medial and Lateral
Patella:
is a flat, inverted
triangular bone,
situated on the front of
the knee-joint
Rehabilition:
the process that seeks
to overcome the
physical effects of
injury, illness or surgery
and improve function,
mobility and quality of
life.
