8. TROUBLESHOOTING (Common Issues)

1) Error During Bootup

[ Corrective
[ Symptoms ] Action ]
① Hopper Clear Please
- Sensor Error
- Hopper Harness is not connected

- Check if note is on the Hopper

- Check Hopper Sensor and PCB

② MOTOR ERROR
- [Service/RUN TEST] -> Operate [Motor Path] ( Runs Normal )
- Go to the MAIN screen and activate the hopper and check if the path motor
operates and stops normally (If it doesn’t stop, it’s an Encoder IP defect )
8. TROUBLESHOOTING (Common Issues)

2) Calibration Error
[ Symptoms ] [ Corrective Action ]
① Check if CIS is working properly
- Can’t find End of Sheet
- Check IR PCB status
- Make sure there are no foreign substance in the IRT
- Check IRT cable status
- Check CIS and CIS Cable status IRT PCB

② Path Motor Belt Tension Issue

- Push the Path Motor toward the arrow shown below and secure bolt
