1. Identification of the main raw materials according Wehrhahn specification by AIKON (Sand, Cement,
Lime, Anhydrite/Gypsum, Aluminum) within the future plant area => Responsible: AIKON
2. Chemical analysis of the identified raw materials in Iran (authorized laboratory) => Responsible: AIKON
3. Sending the test result of Iran raw material analysis to Wehrhahn R&D center => Responsible: AIKON
4. Review the Iran test results by Wehrhahn laboratory specialists and receive immediate feedback in regards suitability

5. Shipping of pre-approved raw material samples to Wehrhahn R&D center (samples of 2 possible suppliers if
possible) Goal: Confirmation of suitability => Responsible: AIKON
6. Testing and confirmation of selected raw material samples by Wehrhahn laboratory specialists – Wehrhahn
Suitability Test. Receive immediate feedback in regards test results. Note: Costs to be covered by AIKON. The costs
will be

reimburse/offset after entering a contractual relationship => Responsible: Wehrhahn

7. Shipping of the final approved raw material for trial block production => Responsible: AIKON
8. Live test with the final approved set of raw materials to confirm the suitability for the real AAC production – Wehrhahn
Live Trial Production and basic laboratory testing of the produced AAC. Receive immediate feedback in regards test
results. Note: Costs to be covered by AIKON. The costs will be reimburse/offset after entering a contractual relationship

The described procedure will save AIKON some money and time.
Pretesting in Iran and final tests in Germany at the WEHRHAHN
