Thou art my Battle Axe

Jeremiah 51:20
“You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; With
you I will destroy kingdoms;

A battle axe is anything in the hand of the warrior that is capable of bringing down the enemy.
So, God is saying with you in His hands, He can bring down any enemy.
Think about Moses when he was to go to Egypt to bring up the children of God. God told him,
'I have made you a god unto Pharaoh
Being God's battle axe means you are His weapon of warfare. - He intends to fight battles
through you. Consider David's battle with Goliath.
Instrument of change
Weapons of war
Rescue agents.

The battles of the lord are fought with the human weapon, there is war and you are the weapon.
Human beings are the artillery of God and the general-purpose weapon God uses in fighting
battles. Believers must know that they are no just a person but a weapon.
God has never had a problem with the devil, he has always had problem with finding weapon
and battle-axes, the availability of a prepared weapon.

What then is the making of the Battle Axe?

There are two (2) components of the Axe.
• Axe hand – Made from Wood
• Axe head – Made from Iron, metal
Both are products of the Earth,
• Surface part of the Earth (Tree)
• Inner part of the Earth (Iron)
Both must be processed to become an Axe
Wood chisel to fashionable shape, Iron must pass through fire.

God made man from dust of the Earth

Genesis 2:7
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils
the breath of life; and man became a living being
God Has to do something with the inner part and outer part of man, to make him Battle
Axe…….
1. FLESH, Galatians 5:19-21

19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness,
lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envying’s, murders, drunkenness, revelling’s, and such like: of the which I tell you before,
as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom
of God.

2. Pass through Fire – Fire baptism that will burn away callousness…. Spiritual Heart
surgery…. Ezekiel 36:26-27.

take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 AndI will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall
keep my judgments, and do them.

Luke 4:18
18 TheSpirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the
poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and
recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.

Exodus 3:2 And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a
bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed.

It is the application of heat on water molecules that change the state of water from solid to
liquid, from liquid to gaseous, to nuclear realms. electrons, neurons, protons.

It is your level of fire baptism that defines your impact…. A life without an impact holds no
value.
