Quotation for Termite Treatment at Getz Pharma Warehouse, Karachi.

Dear Sir,
As per our detailed discussion with your kind self- regarding termite proofing services for your prestigious
organization, please find below our proposal for Termite proofing services for your kind consideration.
We recommend using

1. AGENDA (FIPRONIL) BAYER Germany Product as latest EPA, WHO &

Safety Standard. (We highly recommend this product)

2. Its conditional warranty will be given for 1 year.

3. It’s a human friendly product.

Methyl Bromide for Pallet treatment.

Methyl bromide will be used as per recommended dosage 55 grams per cubic meter pallets will
sealed for 72 Hrs.

As per EPA guidelines. One liter of Termiticide will treat 540 square feet area at foundation level. If
you follow the guidelines then you will get the best prevention against termite.
1.0 Termiticide Application Procedure

As per application recommended standards, one liter of Termiticide should be

applied at 540 square feet area. The dose must be applied in pre- construction and
post construction as well
Pre-Construction Treatment
Pre-construction treatment has two types, One we can do this treatment at foundation level.
We will spray the Termiticide at foundation with the ratio of 540 square feet per liter
Termiticide. One liter Termiticide will be diluted in 250-300 Liters water and then sprayed on
area.
Second you can make trenches or small tunnels around the walls before the floor work start.
We traditionally use the term “Floor Kacha kerne”. Then you can apply Termiticide there with
the same above mentioned ratio.
Post Construction Treatment
Holes should be drill at 3-4 feet distance and diluted Termiticide should be poured in each hole
approximately 4-5 liters to develop a defense lines beneath the floor to stop and killed termite
insects. Holes must be drilled at both side of walls to make a complete and maximum
preventivetreatment.
Pallet Fumigation Procedure.
Wooden Pallet will be dipped inside emulsion for one hour .Agenda chemical will be used ,After
removal from emulsion soaking time will be given for three hours after soaking stamp and serial
no will be allotted.
CPCD-Pakistan Document Site
All log sheets will be assessed on monthly basis and will be incorporated on one site which will
be accessible through internet. This site will provide you with all kind of necessary data, e.g.
Audit Reports (GAR, GIR, CAR) and Monthly Trend Analysis, Specie Management, Insect
Threshold Level Monitoring Sheets, Statistical Analysis, Strategy Evaluation etc. Moreover, the
PCO Supervisor will visit the site quarterly to check all pest management activities being carried
out and solve any further problems or complaints. basis, until the complaint is finally resolved.
 After resolution of complaint, the ticket will be closed and the system will automatically send you
an email, confirming whether you are satisfied with the resolution or not. In case the client is not
satisfied; he/she can re-open the complaint with just a simpleclick.

Comprehensive assistance will be provided prior and during your external audits. Our expert will
visit the site and support you in all kind of documentation according to Food Safety requirements.

Our service fee will include our manpower, Chemicals, safety PPEs and travel. The detail of charges
