our process are environment friendly.

Safety:

We assure you that the technique used by us is hundred percent safe. There is no risk of life at all
as we go with the Robotic duct cleaning. The work is carried out all strictly in accordance with the
highest safety Standards. All our technicians are qualified and well trained in all aspects of safety
to ensure that accidents do not occur. They use PPEs such as Safety Shoes, Safety Helmet, Gloves,
Safety Goggles, Masks We have witnessed ‘No accident’ since the time we are into the business.
Our workers are well supervised to ensure that the operation run smoothly.

Further, we undertake that we comply with state government Acts and Regulations in terms of
safety compliance, and shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and supervising all safety
precautions and programs in connection with the work. We shall provide all reasonable
protection to prevent damage, injury or any loss to person on work. In case of any loss or damage
to our equipment or team member, will be solely remedied by us.

Hazards of Air-conditioning System:

As a result of “contaminated” fresh air being sucked in, organic deposits, pathogenic germs, etc.
are concentrated on the services of air-conditioning equipment in contact with air and water.
These deposits on the one hand affect the efficiency of the air-conditioning equipment (worse
transfer of heat, blockages), and on the other hand they are breeding grounds for excessive
growth of pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi and algae.

Many properties especially the older ones suffer from poor indoor air quality mainly due to
inadequate ventilation system design. This scenario is often referred to as "SBS" (Sick Building
Syndrome). We frequently deal with individual cases of "BRI" (Building Related Illnesses). These
include problems with upper respiratory and allergic reactions. We also receive numerous
referrals from Doctors for patients suffering from asthma, and upper respiratory complaints.
Bacteria and mold spores are only able to grow where nutrients are provided along with moisture
and oxygen, the nutrients are provided from dirt, dust and debris inside of the air ducting which
in all probability has never been cleaned since it was installed.

Dirty A/C systems contribute very heavily to a variety of allergy related problems including
frequent coughs and colds, post operational infections, asthma, skin rash, and various other
allergy and allergy related illnesses. To eliminate the high-risk area of infection and allergens the
system is required to be properly cleaned and sanitized regularly.

In order to clean the ducts and create no contamination of occupied spaces in the process, we
use a HEPA filtered vacuum unit to create negative pressure in the duct system, or a vacuum unit
which may be placed outside the occupied space to create a negative air pressure in the ducts.

Terms & Conditions:

1. GST will be charges extra. Currently 18% GST is applicable.

2. Above rates are applicable for above mentioned quantities. In case there is a variation in
quantities by more than 10%, the rates will be different.
3. The entire job should be awarded to us in one go, so that our teams can work continuously
throughout the job.
4. The total time duration for the work will be 15-20 days. Downtime for cleaning OT ducts
will have to be provided within this time period. If it will be required to clean the OT area
outside that time period, an amount of Rs. 25000 per OT will be charged extra.
5. An allocated area to be provided for pressure washes grills.
6. Client will provide the lockable safe space at the site for storage the equipment’s at free
of charges.
7. Ladders will be provided by client.
8. Working Timings can be adjusted to day or night to suit you.
9. It may be necessary to close some rooms / areas while the work is being carried out.
10. All A/C systems must be shutdown at certain times for cleaning of Fans, coils and other
components; timing will be co-ordinated with your Engineers or representative.
11. Power & Water required for duct cleaning shall be provided by client free of cost.
12. Mobilization: Within 07 working days from the date of receiving of Purchase Order (PO).

Exclusive of: –
a. Making of False Ceiling Trap, Repairing, and Painting& Touch-up of any type of
painting work at Grilles / Diffuser corner.
b. Any type of the servicing of the equipment’s.

Upon completion we will issue you a Cleaning Certificate and a CD containing the video films
(inside the ducts) for before and after cleaning. Report is normally ready in approximately 7
working days. The Cleaning Certificate is valid for 12 months.

Payment Terms: – 50% advance and remaining 50% to be made before submitting the “before
and after duct cleaning video evidence” and certificate cum report.
