holding the DMC Hygiene Card, and adhere to strict health and safety procedures such as confined space
working environments. Using specialist equipment used only for potable water applications and environment
friendly DMC approved chemicals.

Skodtec is also internationally certified by National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA). Our staff Mr.
Krishna Kumar is certified with Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) AND IRATA rope access grade level one
to ensure that all cleaning is performed in accordance with NADCA Standards and Guidelines. Our staff is fully
bonded and insured and is covered under workman compensation insurance & 3rd Party Liability.

The buildup of grease within extraction systems is the biggest fire risk hazard within a commercial kitchen. As
airborne grease cools through the Kitchen Duct system it congeals and deposits along the ducting. This buildup
of grease pose’s a major fire hazard as it is extremely flammable and should be removed by a certified
professional and kitchen duct cleaning Dubai is one of Skodtec's field of expertise.
Work Method as per NFPA: Two Times a Year

The following safety measurement must be followed to avoid any type of hazards:

• A pre cleaning service report will be generating before start kitchen hood and exhaust system
cleaning to provide a method of statement which will prepare specially belong to your premises.
• Safety equipment’s like eye protection glass, hand gloves, walkie talkies, air blower and sign board
are provided before work commenced.
• Electrical items, lights, pressure washers be connected properly
• Timing for cleaning when the kitchen stops the operation (depends on the kitchen).
• Covering all areas with plastic to ensure all the oil, grease and carbon do not fall down to floors.
• Estimating the length of horizontal / vertical ducts before start of the work as a service report.
• Each kitchen hood surface will be decreasing by using chemical and detergent.
• De-creasing and Sanitizing of Exhaust fan blower and motor, in order to get ride off grease which
is accumulated inside the unseen area of the horizontal and elbow duct
• Charcoal hood surface carbon powder will be removed manually or vacuum it as per the site
condition or requirement.
• We will put an access door in order to remove dirt and grease which is accumulated inside the
ducting system.
• An inspection of oxygen level is carried out before staff is entered the ducts.
• A blower will be operated before the staff is allowed to enter the duct
• Staff will be replaced by another staff every 15 minutes in duct work.
• Chemical used to clean the solid grease; oily dirt will be retained inside the duct surface for about
20 minutes.
• Observation and finding during cleaning operation will be presented to the client after work is
completed.
• Final cleaning of kitchen hood Stainless still polish will be used to give a good finish and make the
life of hood long.
• After cleaning of kitchen hood each kitchen surrounding area will be clearing and sanitizing

cleaning system in addition to the full safety of hotel equipment’s

Note: 5% VAT amount will be calculated for total invoice amount.
Payment Terms: 100% upon work completion. (Including submission of invoice/report & certificate).
Mobilization period: Within 02 days from the date of LPO/signed contract.
Work Completion: as per Kitchen availability.
Validity of the offer: This offer is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of the offer.
Remarks: All Required Gate Pass while working at the premises will be provided by Client.
