Water Hammer Arrestor – BV452

Water Hammer Arrestors are designed to eliminate the sudden shocks or noise created when water flowing in
the pipe is suddenly interrupted. Sudden stoppage of water creates a shock wave which travels back damaging
the piping components. Belven Water hammer Arrestors are designed to absorb these shock waves, thereby
protecting the pipes and appliances.
BV452 series Water Hammer Arrestors incorporates a pre-charged permanent factory sealed air chamber. The
NSF approved BV452 comprises of a Copper Body, Polypropylene Piston, EPDM O-ring, Brass Adaptor, Male NPT
Threaded Ends.
