Operations managers' roles are vital in a firm since they are responsible for
forecasting, production planning, management of production processes, and making
informed business decisions. We need to consider the ratio of men to women in
analyzing their spending behaviors so that we can ensure that the quality of our
products/services will bring customer satisfaction. In terms of labor, the sex ratio of men
to women has consequences and influences on human behavior (as consumers and in
spending habits) and economic behaviors (in making daily financial decisions). The sex
ratio influence also our behaviors in workplaces such as competitions in positions and
desire for rewards (promotions, etc.) that's why we need to motivate our employees
properly and make sure that they are treated fairly without prejudice and gender
discrimination. Similar to sex where women populations are more than men, if your
business is making clothes or shoes, meaning more and different feminine clothing or
shoes you will produce and sell. When the business line is real estate and according to
the microtrend the top buyers are the couple so the operation management should
target the couples by building houses perfect for newlyweds.

Many people get married, where it favors bridal businesses, such as wedding
catering services, customized media production and so on which affects the usual
operation of the business and as the operation manager will make a basis of their
generation for thinking of different themes or new themes that perfectly fit their era.
However, when a business is planning to hire people, if office romance is concerned it is
best not to allow flings and private relationships in a working environment. Though
inevitable, it should be prohibited in the first place to avoid conflicts because the
business itself may suffer if operational managers won't take action on this, in addition,
professionalism is necessary to focus on the goal of the team. Operations managers
could also divert their businesses on different online platforms to accommodate queries
of couples over long-distance relationships to keep love and line stay connected
