Conversion Rate Optimization: Making sure to keep an eye on the conversion rate for launching
Fitbits quarterly newsletters would be a big help to Fitbit. This will tell them if prospects are being
convinced into purchasing a product or if they aren’t interested at all. By getting the results, they can
know if it’s effective or hopefully have an idea of why the newsletter was not as effective as they had
hoped. This could also help them know when to send the newsletters out, such as New Years due to
individuals beginning to decide on a New Year’s Resolution, as well as Spring Break/Bikini Season
due to those trying to look good for the summer months or vacation.
