The Upper Figure in the Chart representsthe Electronic
Body of the "Mighty I AM Presence,"which is the Individual-
ized Focus of God, who createsthe physical body.
The circles of color around the Electronic Body represent
the Causal Body. This is the accumulated good of all previous
embodiments, and is composedof all substanceconstructively
used in previous lives. It is a reservoir of energy constructively
qualified, being the sum total of all previousSelf-consciouseffort
toward Perfection.

 The Rays of Light going forth from the "Presence"are the
Divine Mind, or Love in Action, continually pouring out Its
Gifts of Perfection into the use of the human personality.
The lower figure rePresentsthe physical body, surrounded
by the Violet Consuming Flame, held within the Pillar of steely
White Light pouring down from the "Presence." The White
Light of the Pillar forms a Wall of Protection around the phys'
ical, emotional, and mental bodies, and acts as an insulation
to all discord and destructive creation of the outer world.
Between the Electronic Body and the physical body is the
Higher Mental Body-not shown on the Chart-which is the
Discriminating, Selective Intelligence that knows the Perfec-
tion of the "Presence" and the imperfection which the human
has drawn about the physical body, but refuses to accePt the
imperfection. It knows the requirements of the phy3ical life,
reachesinto the "Presence,"and draws forth whatever is needed
to change outer conditions into Perfection.
When the Student calls to his "Mighty I AM Presence"to
surround him with the Electronic Circle of Protection and to
passthrough his mind and body the Violet Consuming Flame,
the "Presence" instantly projects this Wall of Light and Violet
Consuming Flame around the physical, emotional, and men-
tal bodies. Thus the Student of Light can move in the world
and yet be unaffected by the discordant, destructive creation
of other human beings, as well as the accumulated discord of
humanity in the past. Everyone must someday, sometime,
somewhere, consciously call forth this Pillar of Protection
around his human personality in order to cut himself free from
the surrounding influence of the outer world and attain his
Ascension. This is the Law of the individual's life, and the way
by which he becomesthe Ascended Master and manifests In-
vincible Perfection in all his activities.

PERFECTION IN COLORS

In this explanation of colors and their effect upon the life,

health, and supply of the individual, we state the Ascended
Masters'Laru from the standpoint of energyand vibration. From
this no one can ever escape;and it matters not what the human
opinion of anyone is, the Great Eternal Lau of Energy and
Vibration does not change to suit the theories of human in-
tellects, which have but fragmentary information.
The Great Ascended Masters know this Mighty Law of
Energy and Vibration in lts Fullness, and They are the only
Authority concerning Its Mighty Operation throughout the
Universe.
Each color is a specialrate of vibration which is its quality.
In electrical parlance, each color is a specialfrequency, which
is the manifestation of a definite form and quality.
It is only in the lower octavesof vibration that discord can
register, because when a certain frequency is reached, all
becomesPerfection. In other words, when the rate of vibra-
tion reaches into the Ascended Masters' .Octaue of Life, it
becomesso rapid that only Perfection can exist within it.
Each rate has a special effect upon the mental, emotional,
and physical bodies of the individual, his pocketbook and world
as well. It is the understanding of this which mankind needs
to have in order to correct destructive conditions and reach
Perfection.
No one on this Earth need ever expect health, prosperity,
protection or happiness if that one insists on wearing black or

 red clothing, or sunounds himself or herself with those colors.
There are absolutely no Life, health, nor prosperity vibrations
in black, for it is the absenceof all Lfe. When the Ascended
Masters make this statement, people often say, "WelI, what
about the darknessof night provided by nature for sleep?"The
real Truth is, the actual color vibration of the night hours is
not black. It is dark blue, which is always an energizing vibra-
tion. Many ask about the red in our Flag. That symbolizesthe
blood shed by the early patriots for the Freedom of America,
and when the discord within our Land is consumed, it will be
replaced by gold as the Golden Age comesinto Full Dominion.
The red of this planet has nothing constructive in it for
our humanity, as the entire color vibration for human beingp
on this Earth is gold. These arb not the words of the Messengers.
They are the Words and Law of the Great Host of Ascended
Masters. All red on this planet is a record of impurity, and when
that impurity is removed, the color instantly becomes gold.
Anyone can test this out. When fire is burning, the color
of the flame indicates the amount of impurity in the substance
being burned. For instance,when leavesand the debris of nature
are thrown into the fire, the flame becomesgolden, except when
they have become contaminated by the impurities imposed upon
them by the discord of human beings. The red in all physical
fire is the impurity being consumed.
This is also true of the blood stream of the individual. The I
blood stream of the human body becomes red when exposed
to the air. In the caseof the AscendedMasters'Bodies,the blood
stream is a Liquid, Golden Light. The only difference berween
the unascendedbeing and the Ascended Master is the impur-
ity in the flesh structure, the mental and emotional bodies of
the individual.
Notice how even the outer world's use of the color red is

always to indicate destruction. Even in the use of stop lights
and danger signals, the red always means destruction, both
physical and moral. It is imperatiae that humanity understand
this in order to stop the use of that rate of vibration which
destroys all the people really are trying to accomplish.
Students especially should understand this. Whatever color
surrounds them, they are absorbing into their minds, feelings,
bodies, and worlds. This mearuithe individual is Master of every-
thing, every condition he contacts, if he understands and obeys
this Law.
Everyone absorbsthrough his eyesthe quality of every color
he looks at; and through his eyes, that quality is recorded in
his flesh, through the optic nerve which goes directly to the
stomach through the sympathetic nervous system. This is very
evident when one wavesa red flag at a bull, which the toreador
does to arouse all the destructive qualities within the animal.
This being true of the coarseanimal, how much more is it true
of the sensitive human being in his every activity of the day?
This is why babies and very young children cry when grown
people dressedin black or red try to hold them. The children
are infinitely more sensitive than grown people and feel the
qualities in color much more keenly than do their elders.
One of t[e most disastrous effects of colors is the use of
the infrared ray for so-calledhealing. It sometimestemporarily
allays pain; but if those using it could see what is registered
within or attaches itself to the emotional body of the
individual-which they must handle days or weekslater-they
would never use it the second time nor want the second look
at the viciousforms it creates.Law is Law, Deat Peopleof Earth,
and no one ever escapes this Mighty Law of Energy and
Vibration!
Certain rates of vibration create a feeling of easewithin

the individual and others create the opposite. It is very evident,
therefore, that if one wants Perfection, comfort, happiness, pros-
perity, and so on, he rnust definitely deterrnine and control the
rates of vibration flowing through his mind, body, and world.
The choice of color by which he surrounds himself is one of
the most powerful and simplest ways of doing this, and anyone
can prove it for himself.
When it comes to the supply of money, energy, or anything
the individual needs in his life activity, it is impossible to at-
tain or retain a sufficient supply of money, food, clothes, energy,
or any good thing if black and red are used. There is no pros-
perity, health, nor peace in black or red. Remember that always!
When one shuts off the Light from plant life, it dies. Black shuts
off the Light of Lifu!
Now we come to the rates of vibration which contain the
things that make mankind huppy and Perfect. These are con-
tained in the colors white, gold, pink, uiolet, blue and green.
Only when these colors are used in their clean, clear, bright
shades are they the channels for the release of the Perfection
all craae. Dark, dirty pastel colors and shades are not construc-
tive. One can have pale shades of any color and still have them
constructive; but the dull, muddy, dark colors are all destruc-
tive in their effect upon the individual's life and its activities,
especially the emotional body-the feeling world.
The greyish greens, greenish yellows, reddish browns, etc.,
do not contain anything the individual really wants in himself
or his world. If the people would only govern these things in
their dress and activity, which they could so easily, they would
have full proof of this Great Law. They would never again use
those colors which are not of the Purity and Perfection of the
Ascended Masters' Octaaes and Spheres of Light-the only Place
from which Perfection eaer cofires.

 The use of destructive colors in the channels of fashion
and art is the hypnotic suggesrionof the sinister force to drag
down mankind's resistance, so the people cannot hold to the
Ideals, Power and Victory of the Light which only manifest in
clear, bright, clean colors!The AscendedMasters'Ideals and
Perfection are the only Source of Permanent Happiness, and
These are the Victory of the Light. Individuals who want the
Victory of the Light, health, supply, and happiness,will only
wear aird surround themselveswith the clean, clear, bright
colors containing Perfection, and which are the channels that
release these Blessingsand Gifts.
The colors all mankind need most today are uhite, gold,
pink, violet, blue, and green. VIOLET purifies, strengthens,
illumines, spiritualizes, raises and gives very great Freedom'
GOLD soothes,illumines, harmonizes, and raises all into the
All-Knowing Mind of God-the "Mighty I AM Presence"'It
also expands the Activity of the Flame of.Diuine Loae within
the Heart of the individual and preventsirritation and disturb-
ance in the feeling. It soothes all irritated nerve conditions.
GREEN and GOLD together act like a magnet to draw
supply to the outer activity of the individual, and to bring Har-
mony and sustained supply for those who will use them'
PINK is the activity of Divine Compassionand Divine Love
which extends Mercy and Forgiveness to all It contacts. It
releasesa tremendous Healing Power becauseof Its soothing,
forgiving feeling and ease of Divine Love.
WHITE is alwaysthe most powerful Purity of the "Mighty
I AM Presence" and contains all the other colors and their
qualities. It purifies, illumines, perfects, raises, heals, and
protects, becausewithin the Pure White Light is the Fullness
of all good things; and It is the Primal substance from which
all form has come into being.

 BLUE is Energy, Strength, and Power; but unless it is
qualified with the AscendedMasters' Consciousness of Divine
Loae and directed by Their Wisdom, it is simply electronic
force, which is Power. Power that is not qualified by Divine
Love and directed by Wisdom will energize anything it con'
tacts. Therefore, it should alwaysbe qualified with t};ieAscended,
Masters'Consciousnesq which only allowsit to act constructively.
The colors all mankind need most today are open doors
through which constructive qualities come into your mind, body,
feeling, and world. You are the Authority as to what you wish
manifested in your life and world. The Law of Energy and
Vibration is Eternal, Absolute, and (Jnconditional. You are the
one who must choose,operate It, arrd then live in the results
of your choice.
Good, clean, clear, bright colors are Rivers of Blessings
from the Realms of Light-the Source of all Perfection. The
AscendedMastersare the Fullness'ofthe Perfection all crave.
Their Octave of Life is Home for all who seekthe Constructive
Way of Life. Obey the Great Law of the "Mighty I AM
Presence"as They have given It; and through that Obedience
becomethe Fullnessof all Perfection as They have done. Once
again, know the Victory of Light and the Fullness of your
Freedom through that Light.

not apply to me. I do not need the Violet Consuming Flame.
I am not afraid of red and black." You might not be afraid
of a tiger that would tear you to pieces either! What do you

thesehundreds of thousandsof centuries?Of course, the begin-
ning is their own discord; but when they come into a certain
amount of discord, it will force them into every other vibratory
action corresponding with it.
Black representsdeath-red, intense anger, and when you
are discordant, you will want to be in the radiation of those
things. The poor, unfortunate people in the social world think
they can go on using those things and not reap the results. What
a pityl My Dear Ones,when We who are All-Powerful, Perfect
Beings look upon the social world, the arrogant pride which
is there, We think, oh, when will they awaken?I am not speak-
ing of all of them, but there are some whose arrogance is so
greatl They would not condescend to come to one of these
Meetings because some of their social set might see them. I
come, a Wholly Magnificent, Pure Being, who has throughout
the centuries been the Governor of the Life Streamsof mankindt
Yet when I am so admitted, I come to give you Assistance.The
Great Goddessof Purity has come from within the Great Silence
to render Her Purifying Servicefor mankind; and puny human
beingsin their falsepride and arrogancesay: "Oh, I could not
afford to give attention to supposedAscended Beings or even

Do you know-I think you would be interested in this very

much-that it is only since the great cataclysm of eighty
thousand years ago that black and red were known to mankind.
It never existed in this world before that time. Many have
resented our Precious Lotus' fiery admonition for the discon-
tinued use of those colors, but you should thank her on your
knees for her fiery determination to have you see the reality.
Why do you think, in many of the early centuries-for it
still continued in use in the great Inca civilization, also on Atlan-
tis, and in the seventy thousand year civilization of which Be-
loved Saint Germain has told you-that those Great Beings
always wore certain colors here (solar plexus) and here (spleen),
according to the condition in which They were called upon to
act? Usually the material was pliable metal which was power-
fully charged. What a heavenly blessing to mankind today if
they but understood that!As you have been told so many times,
only through your solar plexus can the viciousness of mankind
enter. Sometimes it enters through the spleen, but more often
through the solar plexus. It never enters through the intellect,
because your solar plexus is the doorway to your feeling world.
That is why any sudden disturbance affects the stomach, even
in causing you to vomit. That is Law, Dear Ones.

 TOBACCO, ALCOHOL, NARCOTICS,
AND SEX

I want to call your attention to three points which are vital

in your life. Let us take up the first one, the use of tobacco.
Whatever the use of it is-whether smoking or in whatever form
it is used-when that is continued over a period of years, there
forms a thick secretion and a dense substance in the brain. The
density of it will not allow the finer vibratory action from the
"Mighty I AM Presence" to give you the correct Direction which
you want.
Everyone knows after a certain number of years and various
conditions have been experienced, that you are not able to think
with the clearness which you did as a youth. You are not alert.
There is a cause for it. There are three causes. If you have us-
ed intoxicants-and even though you have not gone to any great
extreme-if you use gin or alcohol, you will find the same thing
occurring, because all intoxicants dull the finer vibratory action
of the brain. Because of that, you cannot have the best results.
You do not understand it, but everything that goes into
your stomach affects your appearance. Do you realize that?
There is not one single thing that goes into your stomach which
does not affect your brain, because of the sympathetic nervous
action within the nervous system.

ing obedience to the Divine Wisdom.
"The great harm of meat-eating is that the flesh of the
animal records the feeling of fear it experiences when killed.
The animal has an emotional body, and the vibration of fear
recorded previous to, and at the moment of death, qualifies
the flesh. The quality of fear is absorbed by the emotional body
of the human being who eats it. It also causesa certain substance
to condense into the brain which dulls the intellect and prevents
the finer impulses from flowing into it from the 'Mighty I AM
Presence.'
"This substance even an Ascended Master will not interfere
with, because the individual does these things of his or her own
Free Will. Fear, in its many subtle phases, is the predominant
feeling within mankind today, and is the wide open door
through which the sinister force holds its control of the per-

"When human beings will spend the same amount of time
and energy studying Perfection and the wonderful Miracles of
Creation which face us everywhere, as they do now in gratify-
ing the physical appetites and whims of the personal self, they
too will produce the same Miracles the Ascended Masters are
able to do. However, before fifty years are past, mankind will
look back upon the meat-eating habit of today as we now look
upon cannibalism.
"There are several things which leave a substance in the
brain which must be cleared away if the Full Perfection from
the'Mighty I AM Presence'is to be released through the per-
sonal consciousness. These are-in the order of their
importance-narcotics, alcohol, meat, tobacco, excess sugar
and salt, and strong coffee.

Dear Blessed Ones everywhere who want the Light of God

and your Eternal Freedom in that Light! Realize always, God
will neuer bind you, and the human has no right to and no
power to-unless you let itt Therefore, if you have given oaths
and pledges in various activities in the years past, before you
became aware of this "Mighty I AM Presence" and the Ascended
Masters, call your "Presence" into action to cut you free from
everything which binds or limits, or that would seek to hold
you in its clutches in any way.
All such activities are but the bondage of fear, and they
keep their hold upon the people because fear is the weapon of
the sinister force. When you become aware of your "Mighty
I AM Presence," there is nothing in this Universe to fear, or
that can bind or disturb you, unless you accept it. If you do,
then you give it your Life Energy by which to live and torment

has come forth from the Octave of Light above the Earth to
set you free; and there is no person, place, condition, nor thing
which can bind or limit you, if you take your stand with your

This is why we urge all the Students to dare to be free,
in the full conscious use of all the Power of Love and Light
from your "Presence"and the AscendedMasters-knowing that
God, the "Mighty I AM Presence"in you, is your certain Victory!
There is nothing in the outer activity of the world which can
bind or disturb you in any way-unless you fear. If you fear,
you are not loving your God, the Source and Supply of your
Life, which is the "Beloved Mighty I AM Presence."
If you will call your "Presence" into action to annihilate
all fear and limitation of every kind in you and your world,
and blast its causeand effect, you will find you can quickly rise
out of all feeling of fear and manifest the Victory of the Light
of God within you.
Many occult schoolsand activities of the past used oaths
during several previous cycles, but it caused such fear in the
people that the sinister force got its clutches on them in that
way. At that time the Great Cosmic Law did not permit this
Knowledge of the "I AM" to be given outside of the Retreats.
Since the Releaseof the Cosmic Light which has touched the
Earth since 1929 in severalwaves-more of which are coming
soon-the people everywheremust be offered the opportunity
nou to reach up and accept this Light from the Ascended

When the AscendedMaster says"annihilate" or "blast,"
the Student and readers should realize that you cannot an-
nihilate or blast God, or God's Activities from the l-Iniverse,
or anything that is truly of God. Nothing can be consumed,
annihilated, or blasted but human creation, and that needsto
bet Pleaseremember, no one can annihilate or blast God!
Whenever the use of those words occurs in our Decrees,
the Students and readers cannot possibly misunderstand this
"I AM" Activity when they know that we say in our Decrees:
" 'BeloaedMighty I AM Presence'and Great Host of Ascended,
Masters, comeforth and annihil,ateor blast all destru,ctiaeforces
acting within any channel." . .. We call to the "BelovedMighty
I AM Presence,"which is the God-Head, and the Ascended
Masters to do the annihilating or blasting, becausewe know
that God is the only Doer of any ConstructiaeAction. The only
thing that God or the Ascended Master could do would be to
annihilate or blast the discord and impure qualities-which
need to be annihilated and blastedl
The real action of the Law that takes place is that the
"Mighty I AM Presence"or the Ascended Masters project the
SacredFlame of Divine Love, which is the highest rate of vibra-
tion in the Universe, into the condition that is destructive. This
is the most powerful use of the Pure Electronic Force, and as
it passesthrough any person, place, condition, or thing, simply
purifies it by increasing the rate of vibration to the point where
no discord can any longer exist.
We have said repeatedly the Ascended Masters never use
a destructive force, and neither does the "Mighty I AM Pres-
ence," which is God-Good-inAction. Neither do we everuse
a destructive force. Therefore, any other interpretation of this

Students use the Decrees in the Decree Books and the "Voice
