As an all-purpose healer: 20gm arginine per day
accelerates healing and promotes collagen
production.

Just read that too much of arginine in our
body can “activate” cold sores also. Have to
hold back my new bottle of it now.. Worried
to hv to fight another new issue..

Glycolic acid peels 30% every three weeks. I do
them myself to myself you can get it on amazon
for $10 for a bottle which will last you for a
while. They’re so easy and they work! Watch
some you tube videos to get the gist but I’m
telling you acid peels work wonders for skin
regeneration.

Interesting! Do you have direct experience
with glycolic peels healing mild-moderate

Not supplement, more of a biohacking advice:
Try red light therapy and shine your face for
20mins daily. Your scars will be way less visible
and disappear after like a year of doing ref light
therapy. RLT has way more benefits than just
getting rid of scars - improves mood, improves
memory and many more. You don't need to get
fancy light panel for hundreds of dollars. Get
Philips bulb and mount it into lamp holder which
will cost you approximately 30ish but shouldn't
cost your more than 40 bucks if you use ikea
table lamp holder. DYOR but was cheaper and
effective method than supplements. Note I do
have Philips bulb and also RLT panel but I'm
using bulb daily and I don't use panel anymore
tho so don't waste your money on panel.

How close to the Philips light are you? RLT
masks, etc sit on your face/skin.

What wattage is that? I wouldn’t think you’d
meet the threshold

I take zinc to help with the healing process and
serrapeptase (an enzyme) to help with
inflammation and to aid the body in breaking
down existing scar tissue. Serrapeptase can be
taken for up to four weeks before taking a
break.

Just an add on to what people here are
suggesting, always use sunscreen. Ask in
r/skincareaddiction on one that is best suited
for your needs and where you are on earth.

Look into serrapeptase. It is an proteolytic
enzyme that removes dead proteins from the
body. Read it helps with scares.
