when it comes to expressing his thoughts. There is
always self-doubt every time he talks about his opinion.
Ending up not knowing what to say next, or not even
saying anything.
ADDRESSING
Mr. Tumangan said that to address it, he has to be
more confident in himself. Yet he doesn't even know
if confidence is what he needs. Maybe he has to be
wiser by saying what he only knows is right. If he
doesn't feel comfortable, then he has to stay quiet.
SOCIAL
CURRENT CHALLENGES
Mr. Santos said that a lot of people knew
him from the past which is not a bad thing.

like singing and performing.
SOCIAL

accept the fact of life like an arrow headed straight
at him without dodging it. He said that although still
in the process, he will surely accept that people are
growing and sometimes things don't go how it was
before. He meant that even if people use his past
purposefully against him, he simply wouldn't care
and focus only on what makes him happy and give
him peace of mind.
PROCESSING QUESTION
1 1. How did you feel when were discussing each
other's challenges?

We noticed that the atmosphere was serious and

became intimate as we shared what bothered us and
the challenges we face on a daily basis physically,
mentally, intellectually, spiritually, and socially. It was
fine because everyone respected each other's
viewpoints. And we realized as a group that there are
other solutions to these problems.
2 2. What do you think of the strategies shared in
addressing the challenges?

Each of our strategies, we believe, is justified.

We're all willing to learn from those. The fact that
we are all aware of the difficulties we face and are
not afraid to put forth our best effort to overcome
them is unquestionably a good thing.
3 3. How did other people help you in responding
to these challengess?

We aided and abetted each other in realizing that

there is always a better option than what we believe
is best. Throughout our discussion, the things that
bother us but also offered advice to one another.
Thanks to our collaborative concern and like-
mindedness, it embodied to be of enlightenment for
us to keep moving forward.
4. What have you learned from each other?
4
From the activity?

We learned that everyone faces difficulties.

Although it may not appear so, most of us, if not
all, have unresolved problems and are struggling
to deal with them. We also realized that we were
the only ones who could face, overcome, and take
on those challenges. This activity has opened our
minds to other possibilities to move forward.
