Upgrading machinery
PREMIUM Fornnax continues to upgrade its machinery launching new and higher capacity variants at regular
intervals. Currently, the company is working on a new primary shredder, the SR 200 HD in 25-ton capacity
expected to debut in January 2023.
The new model will focus on TDF application (Tyre Derived Fuel). Cement sites install 3 to 4 lines for high
output. But the SR 200 HD is a single line that gives a high output equivalent to 3-4 smaller lines.

The company has also launched the world’s biggest secondary shredder R4000 HD, that separates steel
and rubber and has 8 tons capacity per hour.

The company is also actively showcasing its range at various international trade shows around the world
to penetrate into new markets besides meeting its existing clientele.

“We will soon be exhibiting at EcoWASTE Exhibition & Forum in Abu Dhabi, regarded as the ground-
breaking platform for the MENA region’s recycling, waste management and waste-to-energy industries.
We are planning to highlight the SR 150 pre-shredder at the Abu Dhabi show.”

Fornnax considers the Middle East as an extension of the domestic market as it is near to India, which
makes it easier for the company to provide after sales service also. “Scrap tyre availability is huge in the
Middle Eastern markets of Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait. The shreds can be shipped to India also, and our
range could be a game changer in these markets.”
