Introduction

Psychology in its scientific field, is the human mind, that is, the behavior, development
and performance at work or in particular tasks, and the full development of all the
capacities of the person. Psychology has many aspects that have been broken down for
a better understanding, which we will discuss below.

Clinical psychology, whose main field is mental health, and the treatment it can apply to
various disorders also affects the physical disorders of the human body and the
development of the human body in daily life. This presentation talks about the importance
of psychology in our daily life and we will be showing it in different manners. We will start
by saying the main concept of our theme, the root of it by explaining from where it all
began and the overall importance of it.

1
The meaning of Psychology

In the first place, Psychology is the science that studies the mind and human behavior.
This discipline analyzes the three dimensions of the many processes: cognitive, affective
and behavioral.

It also explores concepts such as perception, attention, motivation,

emotion, brain function, intelligence, thought, personality, personal
relationships, consciousness and unconsciousness.

Every science has a father. The father of this beautiful science is

Wilhem Wundt, who tried to study Physiology, but failed, and then went
on to Philosophy. Thanks to these two pieces of knowledge he created Psychology.

Is psychology relevant?

Psychology is the study of so many different aspects that relate to the human mind,
functions and our environment. Looking at the many different branches of Psychology,
one can immediately see how it is engraved into our lives in so many diverse ways. While
looking at these various ways Psychology is being studied, it’s applications canbe seen
in the personal / inner-self, environmental interactions between us and the outside world
and so on.

Essentially, psychology helps people in large part because it can explain why people act
the way they do. Psychology allows people to understand more about how the body and
mind work together. With this kind of professional insight, a psychologist can help people
improve their decision making, stress management and behavior based on understanding
past behavior to better predict future behavior. All of this can help people have a more
successful career, better relationships, more self-confidence and overall better
communication.

2
Science not only allows people to be more successful, but it can also impact their health.
It helps many tackle their mental illnesses so that they can continue living their lives.
Psychological studies have also aided in drug development and the ability to diagnose
various diseases (such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's).

Psychology is important now and always will be, as psychology studies the human mind
and the human being never stops evolving, psychology will always have things to
discover, it should also be mentioned that with the increase in popularity of social
networks and its easy accessibility some mental illnesses are increasing in young people
and while we continue to evolve the exposure to these will be greater and we will need
psychologists and their help more.

What is the importance of psychology in our daily life?

The importance of psychology is highlighted in two aspects:

Theoretical Aspects: Psychology examines in its theoretical aspects psychological

phenomena and behavioral patterns that appear on the individual's external behavioral
reactions to access general principles and laws. It controls the presence of a particular
event, mechanism and how it appears.

Application Aspects: Through applied studies, psychology employs theoretical

principles and laws in the process of mentoring, controlling and changing human
behaviors for the better.

Applied psychology designs criteria and standards that depend on distinguishing normal
behaviors from abnormal behaviors, judging behavior whether it is normal or abnormal
through these criteria and standards.

3
Psychology is very important in the lives of different individuals and communities. At the
origin of psychological studies, psychology is concerned with the treatment and
understanding of human behavior. It attempts to bring about the required change and
modification of this behavior. Psychology can also be used in different fields of
educational life, such as books, curricula, and various teaching aids.

Psychology can help us understand ourselves and those around us; to find explanations
for disparate behaviors, to get us to act from logic and reasoning, from the non-demand
of the impossible, from the understanding and flexibility that mutual knowledge gives.

Due to the breadth of the field of psychology, its importance depends largely on the
particular application we are dealing with. In this section, however, we will examine the
importance of psychology in general, highlighting some of its main contributions.

1. Understand living entities

Psychological theories are necessary to explain the behavior of animals, especially

humans: any activity that takes place in human society is likely to be analyzed from a
psychological perspective, since it always involves basic psychological processes.
Regarding the study of groups of people, social psychology is particularly important.

Behavior analysis is not only interesting for a large number of people, but also allows
the application of knowledge acquired in various fields, especially in the social and natural
sciences, such as medicine, sociology, economics, history, political science. ,
demography, linguistics, veterinary and zoology.

2. To improve the quality of life

Many people believe that the ultimate goal of psychology is to improve the happiness and
quality of life of others. While other experts differ, the truth is that service to othersis a
central aspect of developme.

4
Psychology is certainly useful for promoting mental health and personal growth, but the
benefits of this science are not limited to psychology. For example, health psychology aims
to be physically healthy and prevent disease through the acquisition of healthy behavioral
habits, an important aspect that medicine tends to overlook.

3. Improve relationships

The knowledge acquired in psychological science is very

important for the improvement of interpersonal relationships.
Therefore, psychologists are more qualified to improve the
social skills of shy people, mediate divorce proceedings, or
intervene in crowd matters.

4. To improve professional performance

In today's society, productivity and performance are incredibly valuable on a professional

level, and more and more people are realizing that having a psychologiston their team
will clearly improve results. Human resources, organizational psychology, and sports
psychology are good examples of this role.

5. To increase knowledge

In psychology, many methods have been proposed to improve cognitive ability, such as
logical thinking, memory, and problem solving. We speak of "synthetic knowledge" when
we refer to the knowledge of the learning processes themselves; understanding how our
mental processes work is very important to perfect them.

6. Increase your creativity

Psychology promotes creativity for many reasons. Not only does this allow for in-depth
analysis of the artistic process, but understanding human behavior and mental activity is
a very important tool for creating meaningful works with realistic characters.

5
7. For specific missions

Both clinical psychology and other branches of this science usually focus on solving
everyday problems. In this sense, we believe that problem-solving methods such as those
proposed by D'Zurilla and Nezou deserve special attention because they identifya series
of steps in favor of African Americans.

8. Change the world

After all, many of us wish society were more sympathetic to manufacturers. While
organizations tend to ignore psychology due to ignorance or conflict of interest, the world
would certainly be a better place if the contribution of our science to happiness, individual
and collective action were considered.

How does psychology help us in our daily life?

The importance of psychology is emphasized in two aspects:

Theoretical Aspects: Psychology is an individual to draw in its theoretical aspects.

Examine psychological phenomena and behavioral patterns that exhibit external
behavioral responses in general principles and principles Access methods.
Controls the presence, mechanism, and appearance of a particular event.

Applied Aspects: Through applied research, psychology uses theoreticalprinciples

and laws in the process of better guiding, controlling and changing human
behavior.

Applied Psychology outlines criteria and criteria that rely

on distinguishing between normal and abnormal
behavior. It uses these criteria to determine if your
behavior is normal or abnormal.

6
Psychology is very important in the lives of different individuals and communities. In the
origin of psychology, psychology is concerned with the treatment and understanding of
human behavior. It will try to make the necessary changes and corrections to this
behavior.

Psychology can also be used in different areas of educational life, including books,
curriculum, and different teaching materials.

Psychology can control individual behaviors and predict their occurrence. You can study
the behavior of different types of humans and animals. You can look at the laws that affect
psychological phenomena, interpret them, predict them, and try to fix them when you
need them. It can help individuals choose their way and way of thinking.

It also helps students spend their time learning and acquiring knowledge in the rightway,
helping individuals organize different lifestyles. Building relationships based on mutual
respect between different people and groups can be very helpful. It also helps improve
interpersonal skills.

Psychology is the study of human behavior. They strive to understand how and why
people behave. The insights you build over time can help you in your daily life by
improving relationship management. Social skills are perceived to be perhaps the
greatest benefit of life studying psychology.

Psychology encourages a more analytical, communicative, and understanding of family,

profession, or romantic relationships. By improving interpersonal skills, psychology
training can increase patience and improve the quality of interactions and all types of
relationships.

7
People often lack insight into their thought patterns, but studying psychology allows you
to unravel your thoughts. For example, as a result of your childhood experience, you may
find yourself developing certain relationship habits.

Psychology graduates can better recognize and handle repetitive thoughts that prevent
them from enjoying and succeeding in life. Self-analysis helps you develop strategies and
become your coach.

Some people tend to panic or gain tunnel vision in situations and situations, but those
who study psychology develop better problem-solving strategies. They can use their
research to look ahead and face their topics from different perspectives. This allows you
to think clearly and tackle problems without learning prejudices or habits.

An important asset in your daily life is the ability to communicate effectively and smoothly,
handle job interviews, and have your colleagues look at you with respect. You can identify
and avoid their various social or non-verbal clues. Psychology graduates tend to play a
marketing role because of their ability to influence consumer decision making.

You can acquire the ability to train yourself and others. Humans and animals learn
behavior and do not. The situations, events and events of our lives develop classical or
operant conditioning. Understanding these processes that affect our ability to learn
behaviors and reactions can be useful in our daily lives.

It is a little-known fact that psychology can give you the ability to improve your memory.
By learning about the neurological foundations of memory, you can remember and
integrate it. This is usually seen in degree programs, but you may learn many
memorization techniques that you can use in your work or personal life.

8
It is worth noting that you can easily achieve your plans, goals, or tasks with the basic
skills you have learned through psychology. The psychological technique used by many,
including athletes, actors, and other performers, is to visualize the results they want to
achieve. For example, a soccer player may imagine scoring a goal. An entrepreneur can
imagine his future product in the hands of consumers.

Being able to clearly see what you want to achieve helps to bring your imagination to
life. You can focus more on performing actions that will bring you closer to the results you
desire.

Problem-solving techniques and strategies can help you motivate and stay interested
when starting or approaching new tasks. Educational psychology helps you take
responsibility in your daily life.

Some psychologists actually believe that emotional intelligence is more important and
valuable than your IQ. This is an asset you need in your daily life to foster relationships.
Emotional intelligence interprets the perspectives of others and allows you to be a better
person in your relationship.

Psychology is also said to help you understand how you and your brain react to your
environment, and how this affects your health and productivity. Learning health
psychology can motivate you to play sports and participate in physical activity. Learning
how to shape your environment in a way that benefits your daily life is an important benefit
you desire.

9
What would our life be like without psychology?

Psychologists play an essential role in supporting health and well-being globally within a
human rights framework with the goal of improving lives. They understand biological,
social, and environmental research and are trained to apply sound evidence to improve
human life across cultures and languages.

Our life without psychology would not have the necessary balance to have a good quality
of life. It is useless to have a healthy body if the mind does not work properly.

10
Conclusion

Having briefly indicated the content of studying psychology in general, we must nowdeal
with the relations between psychology and philosophy. Psychology is one of the most
important sciences in people's daily lives because it affects human behavior.

Family psychology helps all families deal with issues that affect them, such as violence
and abuse, parent-child relationships, and communication between all family members.
For some tasks in the company, psychiatry is carried out to know the competence and
capacity of man for control and its development, all this research is called the field of
psychology. Learn to work. The social behavior and communication patterns of a person
or group are studied by social psychology to measure and treat the disorders and risks
they pose to society as a whole.

Studies from all over the world show certain disorders in their learning so they need to
guide their faculties to get the right help or better memory and any other problems with
the help of psychologists. Most mental disorders have a solution or at least a treatment
that can be effective if treated early.

With a research goal that is well defined, precise enough and does not underestimate any
other science, psychology occupies an important place in the general system of sciences,
which gives it a unique position. The central mind together with philosophy, biology and
the social sciences has an integrated role... in relation to other sciences although it has
its own tasks of great importance for human knowledge and consciousness.

The importance of psychology is not only a direct consequence of the rational

development of this science, but is largely determined by the problems that arise in
social practice, to solve a problem that requires greater knowledge of meaningless
properties.

11
The importance of psychology in solving the lifestyle problem in increasing labor
productivity in the transformation and exploitation of technology in the production process
in improving the management system for health maintenance and development, as well
as in the formation and development of personality through the educational process.

The importance of psychology is expressed in the fact that it is a basic science or at least
one of the foundations of other sciences, such as pedagogy, which cannot be developed
from psychology. This is our conclusion of the work we did from psychology exercises.

Thoughts, emotions and mental disorders cannot be seen with the naked eye, but they
can impact people's lives in many ways, and without psychology we could not have these
factors controlled and regulated, we could not live fully due to the sorrows of life.
Symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolarity, depression, psychosis, delusions,
schizophrenia, and other disorders, cannot be treated by themselves, for this the study of
them is required, and psychology is in charge of this.

When people with mental illnesses or traits do not attend a psychologist, they can lose
their quality of life, their happiness, and not be able to live a normal and peaceful life
due to the torments that their mental conditions can cause. Essentially, psychology helps
people in large part because it can explain why people act the way they do. With this kind
of professional insight, a psychologist can help people improve their decision making,
stress management and behavior based on understanding past behavior to better predict
future behavior.
