Q: Describe the life and services of Hazrat Aeysha for Islam.[1O]

Born 6-7 years before migration


Daughter of hazrat abu bakr
First engaged to al-mutim
Hazrat Khawla suggested prophet to marry her.
She was married to prophet when she was around 6-7
Marriage consummated when she was 9 in Madinah in 2 A.H.
She participated in battle of Uhad and other battles.

She was intelligent, quick-witted (learner) and she had photographic memory.
She was trained spiritually in the company of Prophet (PBUH).

Prophet loved her company the most “Aisha enjoys superiority over all other women”.

She was entitled as Al-Siddiqa after her truthfulness was declared by Quran.

She outlived Prophet

She remained a leading figure after the Prophet’s death

She sacrificed her place of burial for hazrat umar.

Retired from politics after battle of camel
Died in ramadhan at the age of 65.
Buried in jannat ul baqi
H abu huraira led her funeral.
