8:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

The week before: please pick up your t-shirt from Ms. LaLumiere in the LHS main office.

Room 154 - feel free to store your bag, coat, homework, etc. in this room during the day.

8:00 - Please meet me in front of the Main Office at this time. We will briefly go over the
details of the day, and any new information you might need.

8:00-8:15 - Some staff members may arrive early and ask you for directions to the classrooms
they'll be presenting in.

8:15-8:30 - Direct faculty and staff to take a seat in the auditorium for Convocation
- Help pass out folders outside of each auditorium door (including balcony)
- Staff the Technology Check-out Cart (2 people)
- Staff the Raffle Table (2 People)

8:30-9:00 - Convocation

9:00 - Convocation ends, and participants head to their first sessions. During this and all
transitions, please spread out throughout LHS--mostly the main building, near stairwells and
intersections, on the first and second floors, and the Quad. Participants will ask you for
directions to find their rooms. Very few sessions are scheduled outside of the main building, but
if you get asked for directions to another building, feel free to walk them part or all of the way to
the room--you might encounter others needing direction along the way! There will be PA
announcements at the beginning and conclusion of each session.

9:15-10:30 - Session 1. Please check in with Jane and Kristen, outside of the auditorium, to
see if they need any assistance; otherwise, free time.

10:30-11:00 - transition to Care for Yourself and Others block. Offer assistance to participants,
as described above

11:00-11:15 - Transition to Lunch A, or Session 2A. Offer assistance to participants, as

described above. For lunch, some additional info:
● Lunch is in Commons I and Commons II. Help direct participants to both serveries to
get their bagged lunches.
● The SAME type of lunch selections are available in EACH of the Commons.
● Special dietary needs are on tables outside of each servery (gluten free, veg, dairy free,
etc.)
Free Time - check in with Jane and Kristen, outside of the auditorium, to see if they need any
assistance; otherwise, free time. Feel free to grab a lunch from the serveries and eat.

12:15-12:45 - transitions to Lunch B or Session 2B. Offer assistance to participants, as

described above.

Free Time - check in with Jane and Kristen, outside of the auditorium, to see if they need any
assistance; otherwise, free time. Feel free to grab a lunch from the serveries and eat.

1:45-2:00 - Transition to Student Panel - all participants come back to the auditorium.

After 2:00: Check with Jane and Kristen to see if any other assistance is needed.
