Aim; Fundraising for families in need of : money, clothes, food, etc.

Participants: The members of the "Helping hand" club

Date and Time : The 1st of march, at 9 o'clock

Details regarding the fundraiser:

- It will be held in Baia Mare, in "Parcul Regina Maria"

- The reason behind the fundraiser is giving the people in need : a roof over their head, a warm
plate of food and making sure they're healthy and happy

- Helping homeless people find a job and making sure they can provide for themselves and their
families

Regarding the organization, Eric is going to provide you with adittional details

Eric:

So, in regards of the organization: In total we are going to be 50 volunteers,15 of them are going
to be working in the kitchen, 5 of them will be actually cooking while 10 are going to be serving
food to the people, the dishes that they'll be cooking are : chicken noodle and tomato soups,
vegetable beef stew, baked potatoes and salmon and as for the deserts there are going to be
cheesecakes and tiramisu. The rest of the volunteers are going to be working at all the different
activites we have prepared for everyone and checking if everybody is feeling good and enjoying
themselves. And as for who's gonna be the supervisor : since i'm a better cook i'm gonna be
watching over the kitchen and Luca is gonna be supervising the other activities.

So, about the activites, we have prepared all sorts of fun games for both kids and adults like :
bowling, golfing, a shooting range, all kinds of little restaurants where you can enjoy a cup of
coffe or tea and even shops where you can buy all kinds of stuff.

At the end of the fundraiser we will hand out all kinds of forms to the participants so that they
have an idea of where to go so they can get hired and so they can give us their feedback and
opinions about the event.
