 ABSTRACT
The summer training entitles A SUMMER INTENSHIP TRAINING IN
INVENTAA LED LIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED, CHENNAI. I have recently done my
SUMMER INTERNSHIP TRAINING IN INVENTAA LED LIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED, in
which I got training from each of its department. The internship basically revolved around the
knowledge in the Human Resources and marketing department area. In this report I have given very
brief review of what I have seen during our internship I have mentioned all these as I have made an
internship as per theschedules.
I also mentioned LED(light) products. I have discussed about that learning in the internship
that is all about the process of the customer satisfaction through employee benefits and orientation
behavior
