Spicy Korean Double Cheese

A massive burger that hinges on two meats - lamb and beef patties! Pickled vegetables and spicy
Gochujang mayonnaise round off this masterpiece. Offer this on your premium burger menu and watch

Ingredients Preparation

− 10 + 1 Gochujang Mayonnaise;

• Combine Best Food Real Mayonnaise with Gochujang paste.

Gochujang (chatta halabiye) 125 g
• Bring all ingredients except the onions and cabbage to a boil.
• Remove from heat and add vegetables.

Prepare the Pickled Red Onions: • Allow to cool at room temperature, strain and chill.

Red onion, julienne 300 g


Cabbage julienne 200 g 3 Prepare the Burger:
Sugar 30 g
• Season and cook patties to desired temperature.
Salt, kosher 30 g
• Spread Gochujang Mayonnaise on buns.
Apple cider vinegar 500 g
• Build the burger with remaining ingredients.

Prepare the Burger:

Pepper jack cheese, slices 10 pc


Pickled Red Onion, prepared 500 g
Cilantro 250 g
Hamburger buns, toasted 10 pc
Gochujang Mayonnaise 400 g
Lamb, patties 10 pc
Beef, patties 10 pc
