METACOGNITION
I thought resumes were being too specific OR leaving out important details,
highlighting every responsibility and not showing your accomplishments.
I thought CVs were exaggerating the truth and not focusing on your
achievements.
When I am tasked to write a CV or resume, I usually use an informal email
address and sometimes use my friend’s contact number.
Now, I know that it is an important thing. We must put only what’s necessary
and to not false information about us. Be proud of our achievements and
present ourselves well.
