We are taking our thesis subject for the fulfilment of our degree as students of Colegio San Agustine
Bacolod Taking of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Our study hence assess the
capabilities and gap of the L’ Fisher Hotel Bacolod employees with a Research title of “Self-assessment
of employees of L’Fisher Hotel in Bacolod.” In relation of this study, we are humbly asking for your
permission to conduct our proposal regarding your Housekeeping Department only. We partially
estimated a total of 12 respondents focused on the quality of services of your employees.

We will use survey questioners and sub rating choices for conducting this study. The information of
persons who have participated in this study will confidentially state upon the permission of our
respondents. The study will benefit the ratings of your employees, inprovement of their quality of
services of housekeeping department in L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod. We are formally asking for your support
in granting this letter. We are grateful for your participation in the success of our School Research
