SELF-ASSESSMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN L’FISHER HOTEL IN BACOLOD

This questionnaire is a Self-Assessment survey rating of Housekeeping staffs in L’ Fisher Hotel


Bacolod toward guest satisfaction ( the self oriented preliminary observation on daily practices
of employee’s job expertise). This is to determine the different reason of negative feedbacks of
customers satisfaction by self-assessment observation of housekeeping department to assess the
capabilities and gaps of the employees of the L-fisher hotel. And it will be used to find out what
needs to be improved in the establishment. Furthermore, this study will also measure how
effective is the staff and employees of the housekeeping department towards guest. The
questionnaire consists to parts: part 1 is the satisfaction of staff and employees of the hotel
towards their work with degree of level (Greatly satisfied 2. Satisfied 3. Unsatisfied 4. Greatly
unsatisfied). Part 2 is the opinion or suggestions by the staff and employees of the hotel.
