Placement Officer

NICMAR University Pune is a specialist Built Environment University delivering postgraduate

programmes in construction project management, real estate infrastructure and general business
domains. The NICMAR University is looking for suitable candidates for the following post of
Director-Placement and Placement Officer to support Dean (Placements and Industry Relations).
The prospective candidate must fulfil the following criteria:

Education Qualifications: (i) Graduation with 60% and above (li) Candidates with Master degree
in marketing, human resources, finance will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum ten ears experience for Director Position and minimum five years
experience for Placement Officer in higher education institutes/universities or human resources
departments in construction, project management, real estate infrastructure domains of industry.

Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently without much supervision
High level of proficiency in MS Office particularly in handling of data
Evidence of high level of placement or talent acquisition in your respective roles
Ability to maintain contacts with employers/institutions and enhance working relationships
