    In his first week of deployment, the student helped usher parents to their seats and assisted elderly women carrying heavy bags. He introduced himself by offering to carry bags. He also had the opportunity to speak in front of his cooperating teacher's class when assisting with an election. During socialization periods, he observed different personalities and traits emerging among the learners. His teacher also had him cut out printed names to place on advisory class chairs. On August 24th, he accompanied the school chorale to entertain students and promote cultural arts. When classes were suspended for two days, he reflected on how teachers can still check on learners through messaging platforms.

    Week 1

    On the first week of our deployment, we attended the parents orientaion we ushered the parents to their sits as
    well as to the restroom. A value such as patience is a must, since you have to usher elderly woman caring her
    heavy bags. Iniating youself as well by asking them, "Ma'am is your bag heavy, I'll carry them for you." That I had
    experienced when I ushered the parents, and even in that simple manner I may be able to help them and initiate
    myself. My cooperating teacher Ma'am Mondina gave me time to talk in front of her class, assisting the class in
    conducting an election.

    During socialization, we may already see the different personality, attitude, and traits of every learners, some
    were shy, some were jolly, some were active, some were athletic, some were naughty. But I think after a month
    or two months they will be show their true colors, and this will be a good observation to my soon to be learners.
    And this will be a help for me to strategize how to approach them.

    Ma'am Mondina also ask me to cut the name printed names of her advisory class to be put on the chairs. On the
    24th of August we performed and accompanied the Chorale to entertain the students, and to promote cultural
    and arts, in which students may be able to showcase their talents through singing, dancing and in acting as well.

    Due to two days class suspension, it helps me to reflect and what to put on my reflection as well as realizations
    about how to be a teacher even class has been suspended. Being a teacher, you must have still check on your
    learners, through messaing, messenger and other conversation platforms.
